I could tell when he came into the room that he loves what he does and he really cares for his patients. I needed extensive work, and he explained everything that would happen. He constantly checked on my well-being. If I needed a break he stopped immediately which built my trust with him. His assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name), but she was amazing too. She was careful, thorough, and helped alleviate my anxiety. I also appreciate that I never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I had an appointment. I was there a total of 3 visits. He wanted to do so much work to my mouth that his list made my head spin. He has to be trying to drive up the office revenue listed in the books, at your oral healths expense. I let Dr Chung repair one tooth (that he identified as needing it) in December of '24 and now it's June of '25 and that tooth is still very sensitive. I took the list he made of the work he said I needed to another dentist, and they didn't agree with it. I am happy I listened to my inner voice and got a 2nd opinion. It is a shame what has happened to Dr. Favale's practice. Think twice before you allow Dr. Chung to dig around in your mouth. He has changed the name of the office to Clarity Dental Group, in case you missed that announcement. His chair side manner comes across very arrogant, belittling, and narcissistic if you question anything. I will never go back there again.
