There was one vendor giving samples of a vodka drink, which was pretty nice. You moved from table to table, and you could sample one wine, or as many as you wished from each vendor. Some of the vendors exclusively worked for that brand of wine. Other vendors worked for Global and we're giving samples of different wine labels. All in all, it was a fun event and I came to realize that there's a whole lot more wines that I'm unfamiliar with. Global is always a fun shopping experience. The staff will let you browse, but there's always someone to ask questions if in case you have some inquiry. The selection is vast. And the labeling of the products by region of the world where wine comes from is helpful. Global is A+ !! lots of sales. And you can sign up for emails at the cash register.
