They would not agree to a written itinerary but want a printed one. Wasted my day. :(

I had a detergent pod but if you need supplies the hotel sells it. See my photos. Of course it also has all the other regular ES amenities like a mini fridge, room safe, free breakfast and evening snack time but I wanted to highlight the laundry room. We easily walked our suitcases over to Amtrak station, less than 500' , which abuts this property for transportation to the next leg of our vacation. The breakfast here is excellent, especially the made to order omelettes. Kudos to their breakfast staff. The eating area is very pleasant & clean too. There is a free shuttle bus from ES to most attractions. We used it to get to Pikes Market, the Aquarium & the Space needle. The free shuttle shows up on the Google Maps App.

There are other nice places close by, chose them, not this property.

Where to start? There's the good; the bad; and the ugly…read more Let's start with the good, shall we? . Close by Sea-Tac airport and Southcenter Mall. Room was beautiful, spacious, two TVs. You're presented with a "ticket" to use for breakfast and evening drinks. (To prove you're a registered guest and to track your two drink limit. Make sure to keep it with you!). Fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast. Omelets were delicious and I'm not an egg fan typically. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage available too. Cold cereal, bananas, apples and Greek yogurt also available. Free coffee and tea were located in the far far corner. You walk past the in-house Starbucks to reach the free beverages. If you didn't look, you would assume Starbucks was free and included in breakfast. The bad-"complimentary" evening reception. Food choices were chips with two types of salsa, ranch dip, sweet and salty snack mix, veggies and a "Cajun" snack mix. Complimentary drinks feature off off off brand liquor, couple of beer choices on tap and decent wine (Cab or Chardonnay). Can upgrade your drink for $6 to brand name liquor. There are hot food offerings ranging in price from $15-$40. Also, we're Hilton Honors members. Members with higher status were gifted treat/goody bags that are displayed behind the front desk. I asked at check-in. Don't know if that was a perk or a ploy. Why not have those waiting in-room for higher status members? The ugly - $25 per night parking. A fellow Yelper from 9 months prior to this review indicated $22 a night ? No hot water in the bathroom. The first day, and last day, I heated water in the microwave and cleaned myself in the sink. The room was noisy being close to the airport and the open elevators facing the atrium. So there you have it. My take on Embassy Suites. My hubby would have given the stay four stars. Good thing this isn't HIS Yelp account.

Third room slight mold odor but had to settle and leave for work. Bartenders ultra strict on when happy hour begins, no sooner second allowed and no later second allowed. The quality of bathroom amenities poor. Indoor pool is the size of a large hot tub filled with unmanaged screaming little ones. Was told twice management would contact me but never happened.

Our room was simple but there was long black hair all over the shower walls and floor as well as a layer of dust on the Fixtures. When we whent to bed all but 1 of the pillow cases were inside out. Running out of plates and juice on Sunday made it more frustrating than it needed to be. The pillows were the worst part. After the system asked for a review just hours after check-in and I rated them a 4, staff confirmed they'd send foam pillows but what we got instead were completely flat, unstructured pillows filled with loose cotton-like clumps (basically the same stuffing you'd find in a couch). Zero support. Pool area was poorly managed. It's supposed to be adults-only after 10 pm, but kids were doing cannonballs at 8 pm and still jumping in at 10. Front desk said towels were at the pool, there were none. The hot tub water was murky and unclean, so I dipped my feet in and left. Also found a cup of cigarette butts sitting in water on the balcony from previous guests. Disgusting, and it's probably still there. Overall disappointing. Wouldn't stay again.

We checked in before going out for a date night, and when we got back to the room from the movie, that's when we noticed that the bed wasn't sitting on the frame. It was like it wasn't even made for the frame it was on so one side of the bed was basically on the floor. My wife went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the toilet flooded with the smallest amount of TP. The room was on a discount so we weren't going to complain, and I informed the front desk the next day at checkout about the bed and toilet. When asked to give a review I was honest about the situation, and they didn't even bother to respond, and sent me AI slop about, "if you'd have let us know we would have tried to fix it". Also, at the "reception" we were told we'd get 4 free drinks and they didn't say any exceptions and to go to the bar. After twenty minutes waiting, we ordered our drinks and weren't told until AFTER he brought them back and started sipping on them that there were exceptions and we'd have to pay full price. BAIT AND SWITCH. Do not recommend!!

I appreciated that the door to the room had a peephole cover, a dead bolt, and a security latch. The hotel was very clean. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. WiFi worked great (no issues with zoom calls), AC worked very well, shower had nice pressure and hot water came out quickly. The room had not only blackout curtains but also semi-transparent shades to let the light in while providing some privacy. The check out digitally made it easy to plan the check out in advance. The free breakfast offered a variety of food, including eggs, bacon, hashed potatoes, biscuits and gravy, assorted baked goods like toast, bagels, danish, etc. The best part was the fresh fruits, which were actually very fresh. The location was very convenient to go to both Seattle and Bellevue. About 15 min or less to either locations. I highly recommend this hotel location. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Free shuttle was on demand (as opposed to on the hour) and even dropped me off across the street from the airport at my special request, albeit I was the only one on the shuttle. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. It helped that we were quite tired at midnight flying in from midnight. Walls are a tad thin, but nothing noise canceling headphones couldn't take care. Bathroom was small but more then what we needed for a quite overnight before heading to Sitka, Alaska. Breakfast was good. Small egg omelette with cheese, sausage patties, and pan roasted potatoes for me. Coffee was ok, reduce by the fact that they only had pump vanilla or hazelnut, and I'm not a fan. Hallway noise and airport noise is off the charts. - No work area, with round table and lounge chairs, making any actual work hard to do. - Shower is a bit small and narrow, but still better than any TRU property. - Status goodie bag? - Nope. The Good: - Rooms are actually very clean and the bed is comfortable. - Shower water pressure is crazy good! If need a hotel near SEA again, will look elsewhere.

After all those delays and cancellations at the airport, it was a blessing to get some sleep in a bed with a shower; it's the little things. Everyone wanted to get home safely, since we couldn't, Marriott saved the day. The front desk manager passed out bottled waters when we arrived, communicated with us, and all the staff showed compassion and warm hospitality throughout our short stay. Rooms were already available and all hands on deck - great customer service! There's also laundry on-site FTW. Staff at the bar were friendly and made strong drinks - make that a double lol. That's all people could talk about the nightmare we had endured. I highly recommend this hotel, it's close to everything. Since we didn't have a car, Uber/Lyft was convenient, Target/Kohl's were only 3 miles away, along with a plethora of stores/restaurants. Location, location, location.
