Hello everyone, that is interested in my post . A day ago I went to get my Mexican passport and well it only took about 4hours and a 30 minutes. Good thing about is , I actually got my passport the same day . Only thing that got me was "Cash only" And the Google maps info says that it takes credit cards . Not true !! It's CASH ONLY. Oh and before I forget , you have to have the exact amount of cash for any documents you want done . I left the actual Phone # for appointments and pricing.

Small fitness center with treadmill, eliptical, bicycle and weights. Sad selection of evening reception food. Chatted with customer service at 230 pm prior to arrival and received a pushback of hotel room digital key. I am a loyal Hilton member, what's the point of being a Gold member if the customer service as lowsy as motels and had to wait in line for checking in. Ordered extra bed, $20 a night, waited for two and half hour and still not delivered. Clogged shower with water pooling. Annoying Hilton employee walking around hotel lobby during evening reception soliciting to buy Grand Vacations making relaxing, reading my book impossible. Ordered burger and took 30 min for food to come out and my son was the only one ordering. Next day we went for breakfast, long line for made to order breakfast. Yogurt left out in a bowl with no cover. It was okay. Fitness and pools are empty since it is morning. So thats a plus. Hopefully finally it turns to be a better stay today.

The interior of the hotel looks kept but the bedroom was musky and outdated. The phones worked upon arrival and I had requested for extra blankets and towels. After hours of waiting and no linens, I tried using the phone again to only find that both phones went dead. I ended up using the house phone to follow up mybrequest. They offered maintenance to come but it was already 10pm and everyone was already asleeped. We were so tired from a long drive from the bay area that we barely paid attention to the room on our first night. Next morning, I find my pajamas dirty with melted chocolate and later found M&Ms scattered around the edges the room. No one had brought candy on this trip by the way. Breakfast was okay. Incredibly long line and wait for the omelette station. I appreciated the app and the contact less check in and out process.

Do better, Frank - you know nothing about me and your "joke" wasn't funny in the least bit. Front desk staff was never friendly and only slightly helpful here, not the service you'd expect from somewhere so close to Disney and in vacation central. Rude!!

Not anybody friendly. Poorly operated. Stay away!!! First problem was the bathtub. Who puts a razor sharp edged in the shower? The bathtub was awkwardly connected to a stone seat ... that was designed for a shower. It looked like the tiles on the edge of the seat came straight out of the tile cutter, with perfectly sharp edges, that can cut fruits! Who sign off this? Where was the hotel manager? My son slipped and hit the edge on the back of his head, thought the hair, and we had to make a late night visit to an emergency room. The cut was so bad that the doctor had to staple it. Secondly, the A/C was pointed directly at the bed, causing extremely strong wind. At the same time the thermostat was in another room. The bedroom was oscillating between freezing wind and overheating. It was almost impossible to sleep at night. This ruined my whole trip to LA. Lastly the window in the bedroom did not open. The night was cool. I would be ok with just ventilating the room. This is really sad because I have been pretty frequent customer at Hilton last year. I even stay this exact chain (Embassy Suites) recently and the hotel did not have any of these issues. It is possible that this particular location is just poorly operated and the manager should be fired. I'm not going to give Hilton another chance. Going back to staying at Marriott. Never had safety issues with Marriott. Stay away until serious changes are made. Reconsider loyalty to Hilton brand.

We stayed at the Anaheim North location for 2 nights the week of Christmas. For $150 a night for a room that sleeps 6, and includes free hot breakfast every morning...this was a deal. The staff at check-in was friendly and everyone we encountered during our breakfast were also great. Our room was relatively clean, but again showed signs of age. The toilet wobbled when you sat on it. The room slept 6 but only came with 4 towels. One out of the 4 elevators was out of service during our stay. Overall, it was not that bad. The locations closer to Disneyland have been recently renovated, but cost more.

The hallway on the 5th floor has tons of spiderwebs so I can only imagine the infestation doesn't just cover the room we were in. The room was dirty, looks like soda splashed on the wall, tooth paste spit in the bathroom. We left for knotts berry farm on Saturday and when we came back the bed had been made but none of the amenities had been replaced so we had no coffee our second day there. Trash didn't get taken out either and no new towels. We booked here because they had an indoor pool and we knew it was possible to rain this weekend. The pool was murky and gross but the first night we thought maybe it was just dirty from that day of traffic. The next morning at 5am we noticed the same pool floaters in there and towels still all over the floor. My husband asked when they maintained the pool and they said they'd were getting to it later. The same pool floaters were there when we checked out two days later and the pool area was never cleaned. Do not take your kids in that pool. Murky water is not normal. The finale- it rained pretty hard this morning and as we sat and ate breakfast we got a nice amount of rain water from the leaky high ceiling. This place is a dump. I originally was going to leave two stars but 1 star deserving for sure after the leaky roof incident.

And, honestly, for a place so close to a theme park, I was kind of expecting to be ripped off. Shockingly, I wasn't! The check-in was super easy and the guy at the front was really nice. Unfortunately, I've been getting used to abrasive front-desk people, so it was great to have someone pleasant. The room was a little tricky to find, but once we got in, we were very impressed with how wonderfully clean everything was. Having stayed at so many hotels for family trips, work trips, and just to get away, I will say that the cleanliness of this hotel is above average. Even the elevator smelled nice. We got the one-bedroom with 2 queens room. These beds were very comfortable, almost like home. The sheets were hotel sheets, so fine I guess. I got a pretty decent night of sleep. The living room pull-out sofa was actually kind of comfortable too. In the morning, we went to the huge breakfast area that actually featured some really great stuff. Having a food allergy, I'm used to being disappointed at free breakfasts. Sunday, I was spoiled for choice. Monday morning before we checked out, a little less so. Finally, the highlights and let-downs: the biggest highlight for us was our room location. On the 4th floor, facing Disneyland, we got a free fireworks show from bed both nights. It made the whole experience much nicer for me. However, the let-down was that the builders cut corners and the walls are very thin. On Sunday morning, I could hear every single door opening and closing, every heavy-footed person walking, every time the elevator came. It happened overnight as well, but I always bring ear plugs to hotels. Overall, it was great - just wish the walls had more insulation.

When I told the supervisor about the dirty bedsheets that I need help changing them, she rudely brushed me off "that's fine that's fine" without any acknowledgement nor apology. The same housekeeper who had a bad attitude with my sheets changing request, brought up the shower gel and expected me to change it myself again while she's... eating chips. Please get better housekeepers than this before your housekeeping completely ruins the Hilton name! I give 0 stars for this housekeeper. Other than that, the room is spacious and in good location close to Disneyland with many restaurants. Pictures after I already brushed off a lot of these black dirt on the sheets and cover.

During an earlier evening walk, I noticed dog feces scattered all over the hallway leading to nearby rooms, but we didn't think much of it at the time. At 4:00 AM, my husband took our dog out for a walk. He was stopped by the staff, who accused our dog of pooping in the 2nd-floor lobby. My husband replied, "No. If we were the type to let our dog poop in the hallway, I wouldn't be waking up at 4:00 AM to walk him just to avoid an accident inside your hotel." The staff countered, "But you are the only guests on the 2nd floor who paid the extra dog fee." My husband then asked, "Did it not cross your mind that someone might have snuck a dog in?" I saw with my own eyes many people bringing their dogs here to seek refuge from the chemical leak without notifying the hotel, and I heard with my own ears another dog on the 2nd floor besides ours. We were among the few honest guests in the entire hotel who actually registered and paid for our pet, yet they singled us out, interrogated my husband, and deeply embarrassed him right in public. Why didn't you check the security cameras or investigate properly before confronting your customers? My husband and I have been awake and absolutely furious since 4:00 AM because of this. We will never return to a place that treats its customers this way!!!

While my wife and I were in the middle of serving ourselves breakfast, an attendant approached us and asked us to come over to confirm if breakfast was included in our booking. After checking, she informed us that it wasn't, and directed us to the front desk for further clarification. Upon speaking with the front desk staff, I was told that indeed, breakfast was not included in my booking. This was confusing and incredibly frustrating, considering it was 15 min before they shut down breakfast I took their word for it and went to go get breakfast & by the time I got back & checked my booking SHOWING BREAKFAST INCLUDED it was already too late . But the inside is spacious, nicely adorned, clean, with a fairly sensible layout/design. The check-in was pretty smooth, and the staff was very professional and engaging. The warm cookie is always a nice treat. There is a nice bar and restaurant within a few steps of the check-in area. No pun intended, but you should check it out. The drinks are on point, and the food doesn't taste like traditional hotel food. The wait staff there is very attentive and accommodating. There is a coffee shop in the lobby just as you enter the hotel. It's little pricey for what you get. I ordered a breakfast croissant. It was good, but again, pricey for what you get. The room was comfortable, cool, and clean. The 3 C's I typically look for when staying in a hotel. There is a decent work area. The bed was comfortable, and it had a nice-sized TV. The lamp outlet on the desk was a bit hard to find, and it's low on the lamp's base. Closet space is ok - standard. The shower had two conditioner pump bottles and one shampoo. There was no shower gel. Not a huge deal. I usually bring my own. There is a really nice outdoor space with varied seating. Some of the lounge-chair type seating have firepits. I forgot my swim trunks to get into the pool. But that's ok, there are usually too many kids in that type of area for me. I like a more chill, less noisy swim. The parking is tight. There is a small lot. About 1/4 of it is for valet. Although the valet team seemed pretty nice, I self parked my vehicle. There are some fast-food places nearby to eat if you aren't feeling the hotel food. And Best Buy is nearby if you attend an event and need some tech stuff. Oh yeah, and The Block at Orange is within walking distance if you need to do some real shopping, get something to eat, or just have some fun. Overall, it was a really good stay. I would revisit in the future. It was good value and service for the money. PROS * Good value * Nice, professional staff * Comfy rooms * Quick elevators * Nice decor * Pantry near check-in area * Good for meetings, seminars, conferences * Outdoor space * Tennis courts * Outdoor pool * Nearby food and shopping * Near the fwy CONS * Small parking lot * A lot of local traffic noise but it's not terrible * Room towels are a bit on the rough side * Could not remove the shower head and separate it from the docking port in the shower * Hurt my foot getting in the shower; the bottom area is a bit raised with metal trim. Just take your time and look down. You should be fine. * Commode flushes hard and loudly * The work desk is a bit small * The desk chair is heavier than most and has no wheels. It is hard to move easily.

Stayed here for one night after an Angel's game. It is very close to the stadium. The place…read moreitself is elegant and it's not hard at all to find parking. Check in was smooth and I was offered free cookies upon check in. The room itself was ok. It was hard to get good lighting even with all the lights turned on. The tv wasn't working, and I wasn't in the mood with having someone come up to my room, so I just went without a tv the entire stay. The fitness center is on the 3rd floor. It doesn't have much, just free weights and cardio equipment. Early check in is accommodated as long as they have a room available. I wouldn't mind staying here again.
