In five months, they did not complete the restoration and cleanup or offer us a contract to rebuild our home. When we hired another contractor to rebuild our house, we found out they had not been billing the insurance company or seeking advance approval for their work. The bill they sent the insurance company after we hired a contractor included work they had never done, including removing insulation from the basement, removing vinyl floor from the bathroom - it had a tile floor and they did not remove it - removing insulation from the basement, and removing a wood floor. Although they promised to return our belongings from storage, they twice reneged, holding on to our possessions for six weeks as leverage in their negotiations with the insurance company. Many items were returned without having been cleaned or damaged. We should have known better. The contract for the cleanup, demo, and storage gave no timeline, no list of services, and no prices; instead it put the obligation on the customer without guaranteeing anything. "Restoring peace of mind." Is an ironic motto.

Water leaked through the floor all the way down to my main floor. I went up to the attic to inspect where the water was coming from. Turns out one of the pcp pipes came apart from my central air system In the attic. There was no issue with the piping during inspection just a few days before. I even went up and inspected the attic myself. And no way it just came apart on its own being professionally installed. My guess is that somebody stepped on it or kicked it on accident and didn't notice it was apart. Either way, the company left damage within the home which will cost us to repair. Alongside the fact that my son has asthma and a mold allergy. That being said another mold remediation company will need to come out to ensure the leak hasn't caused any mold growth. Ive been calling the company for two weeks every day been giving me the run around saying the owner greg isn't in the office today and to call back on a different day. They took down my number and email multiple times and stated that he would reach out. Now that they've run out of excuses, the office manager states to "respectfully stop calling the office. This is between you and Greg. Greg sent you an email". With no email in sight and ZERO communication from the company owner, it's become very evident we're being blown off. They claim in their website to be fully insured but apparently don't care enough to use it to fix their wrong. Jack's demolition team,under Brad, communicated clearly when they would arrive, describe their daily work, and respected our property. The work area was left so that we could resume a normal daily lifstyle. Jack was there onsite thruout the demolition cycle of the project as was the project manager, Tom. As Brad and team completed the demolition cycle, Jeff, who would be completing the base flooring, tiling and grouting was the consummate professional.
