He confirmed that I had chosen the correct things to fit my needs and we scheduled installation for the next week. Installation day was fabulous. He quickly diagnosed the problem to be the control board of the furnace. - He did not find the part in his car thus ordered one and said it should arrive at my house by 7 PM the following day (July 2nd 2021). - Fast delivery of the part at around noon time. - Enercare service called me July 2nd and gave me an appointment for Saturday July 3rd with the same Tech (Logic Service 9) per my request. - However, I called the Tech if he can drop by to put the part in. He, graciously, accepted. - He arrived earlier than the promised time but I was out of the house so he called me and he had to wait around 45 minutes until I arrived. - He quickly and confidently put the part and the problem is solved. - He was extremely patient to try the Heat, A/C modes and fan alone. - Excellent company and Tech; Logic Service 9.

You get passed around from person to person... get put on hold many times and then... to no end. No resultion. No one in charge. My patience gets me nowhere here. I was offered $50 from a rep to go away after I paid up. The next rep couldn't believe it. Wtf is going on there? After a repair where I had no heat in 2024... I never saw a water tank bill again. There was an Enbridge merge happening then and thought it was an Enercare glitch but trying to pay my bill to avoid a large one later has about taken my last nerve. I could not access my account - my account number had been given out to a new place down the road? My condo management is not happy that they are getting billed for my tank since the repair but I had 0 access to change the billing address. How did this even happen? My bills are paid early. Sadly, property managers are uncooperative too. After 5 calls and many transfers to Enercare, I found out that my address somehow had 3 glitched accounts created. So frustrating. Enercare stated it was from their end. It's still not resolved and everyone is dropping the ball at Enercare. I got a huge bill in the mail yesterday with no explanation and no apology. I've shortened this story. It's been a nightmare. AVOID them if you can.
