StarPort vs. El Potro Mexican Cuisine. While the heavily favored "El Potro" put up a good fight, StarPort delivered a severe KO early on, in round #2. Great place with friendly people! The ladies at the desk always greet me with a nice smile and are always helpful. The line guys are quick to fuel and help out. The fbo is very clean and has a nice flight plan room with computers and a large table. Nice pilot shop and pilot lounge. read more

I have never had an issue with any FBO, this is the only one that I have ever had a problem with, as most will roll out the red carpet for you. The women who work the desk here are extremely rude, will barely acknowledge your existence, and everyone I dealt with here made me feel like I was a nuisance. Not only that, I left them a three star review on airnav.com, and they told airnav.com that I was not their customer, and airnav.com deleted my review when I could not produce a receipt. I belonged to a flying club that has two planes based at this FBO, and the owner of these planes is a StarPort employee, and I essentially got kicked out of the club as a result of my mediocre review (although I officially quit I was forced out as they refused to give me a checkout). All this for a mediocre review! Don't be fooled by the positive reviews on airnav.com, they have negative reviews deleted. You will also notice that they suddenly got 4 new 5 star reviews in December 2013 after getting the same number of reviews over the last several years. Other FBOs when they get negative reviews respond to them and ask if there is anything they can do to make things right, which is the right thing to do, these people basically try to suppress absolutely anything negative said about them anywhere. If you are going to Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) I highly recommend the Million Air FBO, great service, they will treat you right. read more
