We blew a trailer tire on our way to camp. We stopped at a couple of places and no one could help us because they didn't have the size trailer tires that we needed. I used to love them but they've went extremely downhill in the last couple years. On one occasion I took my car to have my wiper motor replaced for the 3rd time in 3 years. They said 2 hours. They knew I was waiting in the lobby. Looked at me several times. 3 hours and 20 minutes later a guy comes out and says sorry I didn't know you were here, your cars been done. I made an appointment via the app.9:18 am. On Saturday the 3rd of October. I recieved my confirmation email, confirming. My 1pm appointment. I dropped off my car. I didn't hear anything, I went back about 10 to 4. (Mind you they were busy,) my car was never touched. I said I guess I can wait..as they close @5. My car was last in. A few mins after 5 my car was ready. I went a few places.. notice I am missing 3 lugs.in my front passenger side. And here I sit on Sunday. They are closed. I've been going to this location for years for tires and service, and they've always done a great job.

Was i total good experience from start to finish. 45 minutes for oil,filter change and a tire rotation and at a GREAT price of 22.95

Make sure you get estimates in writing and refuse to pay for anything done that you didn't agree to. I had ball joints replaced there and had a written estimate. Then they tacked on an alignment (which is necessary) but they didn't write it as a separate charge. When I complained that it should have been included in the written estimate, or at least told it was extra, they just told me I got a "screamin' deal". I've bought a lot of (expensive) tires there over the years but never again. read more

These guys are amazing. Came in to get my front end checked out and got serviced quickly. They had to replace my whole front suspension, plus a few other parts, and it ran to almost $1000, but they were quick, professional and had me back on the road in under 24 hours. So I asked my girlfriend to take my car to get a simple oil change. Mind you she's an excellent listener and doesn't mind being patient. So they tell her an hour and a half and she walks to drug Mart and mcdonalds to kill time and came back sat for a half hour. Then asked how much longer in a nice tone and off rip they got lippy as shit with her and said "we said a couple hours" and was rude about going about it in a manner where you'd talk to someone as if they were slow of some sort...so mind you this place is garbage along with the service it provides. If you can't handle customer service when there's nothing to even get worked up over then you should find a different job you can handle. I dont recommend anyone going there until they get their own attitudes fixed first. read more

i purchased tiger paw tires for my honda, they have 70000 miles warranty, i got a complete fitting, balance, alignment etc. also replaced some other parts tie rods etc. per there recommendation. i liked the tires. after 21,000 miles my front tires were gone. i had to rotate them to put them in the back so i could get a few more miles out of them. i was not very happy, they told me the front alignment was out of alignment. they would not do a thing for me. on this situation. do i have to bring my car in every other week to make sure the car is in alignment?? i hope someone over there reads this. carl i. read more
