I asked was their anyway to get referred by one of them to help me get a membership. The guy not so sure of his name he worked with a "Junior" in the pro shop started to get frustrated upset within 20 seconds of talking to me after being transferred to him by junior, I asked why he was upset and talking to me in such a demeanor, he then told me "how about this, fuck off". I called back trying to get a name but they all played dumb. Wouldn't recommend it, seems like these people have no social skills an are very rude as you can see

I called in advance and was told half of the rooms type I booked came with bath tubs and half didn't. I requested one with a bathtub and the person over the phone said they would note it in the reservation. I forgot to ask when I checked in and was a bit disappointed when I got to my room that there was no bathtub. If half of the room types had bathtub, I would think it would have been an easy accommodation request. The hotel is located within a 10 minute walk to Universal Studios/City Walk so that was very convenient. They also have a shuttle that comes every 30 minutes or so but the walk is so easy to do that I would recommend that. The hotel lobby and conference rooms were very nice, including the small break out rooms used for the conference. I didn't like that you have to be a Hilton member to get free Wifi but the conference came with its own wifi password so it didn't affect me. The King Corner Room was very spacious and had a separate sitting area. The room seemed a bit dated. The sofa looked very worn, like something you would see at a college dorm, so I avoided it. It did have very large windows with a beautiful view. No robes/slippers included in the room. Although I stayed for 3 nights, housekeeping only came one morning. They have a Starbucks in the lobby that is open until 11am daily. Staff was very friendly. It was a big conference (about 200 people I think) and staff did an excellent job with catered breakfast and lunch serving that many people at once. Not a luxury hotel by any standard, but for a work conference hotel, it was good. And the 10 minute walk to Universal Studies/City Walk is very convenient if your purpose is to visit those places since you won't have to pay for Uber/Lyft/parking for those places.

We stayed here for the Hollywood Bowl event on 10/09, and the way we were treated was absolutely unacceptable. I paid for overnight valet parking, but when we returned around midnight after the concert, I was told the valet parking area was flooded and that the hotel had overbooked its parking. The valet attendant told me I would have to park a block away and explained that it was out of his hands. He assured me that the manager would issue me a refund since I was unable to use the parking I had paid for. I agreed, trusting that the hotel would make things right. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The next morning, I contacted the manager, Ted, and his attitude was absolutely disgusting. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he laughed at me and refused to issue a refund. I had paid a $100 deposit and received only $45 back, despite not parking my car overnight as agreed. How does that make any sense? I called back twice to try to resolve the issue, and I even recorded the calls because of how unprofessional the situation became. The calls ended with him hanging up on me, and after that, they recognized my number and refused to answer. What makes this situation even worse is that I am handicapped. Being told at midnight that I had to drive and park a block away because the hotel had overbooked its parking was incredibly inconvenient and unacceptable. The hotel failed to provide the parking I paid for, yet I was still left fighting to get my money back. This was handled terribly from beginning to end. The valet situation was not my fault, the overbooking was not my fault, and I should not have had to chase management for a fair refund. A manager should be resolving customer complaints, not laughing at guests, hanging up on them, and refusing to take responsibility. Absolutely unprofessional customer service. The check-in staff may have been great, but the valet and management experience left a terrible impression. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially anyone who expects accessible accommodations, accountability, or basic respect. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere else. A hotel that takes your money but refuses to take responsibility when things go wrong does not deserve your business.

Landscape seems well taken care of and it was nice to golf with beautiful mountains behind us - reminded me of Colorado and Utah. Divots weren't a problem for us when we played.

This place is a complete waste of space. If this were any other industry it would be price gouging. It's cool with me, I'm just gonna go play Rustic for 1/3 of the price. I had attended a close friend's wedding here and everything was perfect! On our search, Marbella stood out from the beginning. The venue was beautiful, from the entrance to the grass lawn where we were planning to celebrate. Everything is well maintained. Maggie was supportive, knowledgeable and very organized. She managed every detail along the way. I appreciate that the venue did not nickel and dime simple requests, like many others do. They also remained flexible when we had last minute cancellations. Kalie was there on the day of the event and was incredibly helpful. Everyone loved the food - very flavorful and a variety of options. I am so pleased with our decision and loved every minute of the event!

They were without question the best decision we made for our wedding and the most talked about part of the entire night. I've played music my whole life so my husband and I were really picky when choosing our band. After watching countless live performance videos there was no question, they were unmatched! No notes off pitch, every harmony in sync, concert level quality all night long. It was even better in person than I had envisioned. The vocals were so good, flexing between rock and roll, disco, pop, rap, and classic jazz and soul dinner music that made the reception feel luxurious and classy. What set them apart was their ability to read the room and keep the energy alive from start to finish. Ben as frontman and emcee was masterful, not a single lull all night. Once we got to dancing it felt like a concert! Every person young and old was on that dance floor all night long, including my 90-year-old grandpa! Guests were coming up to my husband and me all night asking where we found this band, including serious musicians who were completely blown away. The versatility was outstanding. We had a live guitarist for our ceremony, a jazz quartet including string bass for cocktail hour, the full nine-piece band for dinner and dancing, and then DJ Bruno for our after party. DJ Bruno was absolutely fire, too. He played all our must-plays, took requests, and kept everyone on the dance floor for round two -- it was so much fun. The Ben Mallare Band was worth every single penny and more. Book them, you will not regret it! My toddler loves playing at Pretend City. We bought a membership and visited often over the summer…read more(on weekdays). It's well maintained and kept clean in the morning. There were times staff kept putting back toys so quickly and frequently I was getting annoyed (in my head) because I had to keep getting boats and fish back out for him in the water area. I love that they switch out the sensory items in the art room throughout the month so it's a different experience each visit. Their Wonder Lab area with painting was sooo fun! It's too bad it was only seasonal. My son loves all of it - harvesting fruits and veggies in the farm, pushing his own cart in Trader Joe's, cooking in the restaurant, etc. It is truly a great, fun space for kids. Once, the CEO played in the construction area with him for a few minutes - that impressed me. They also regularly have special event days with dance and music demonstrations, author read alouds, etc. Members Only hour is the best time to visit (they open an hour early). Once 10:00 hits, the floodgates open and it's gets substantially more crowded. With all that said, we visited on a recent Sunday afternoon - never again! Every exhibit was in total disarray (every single toy on the floor and rarely even in the right zone), older kids zooming around on kid cars like scooters, a child climbing the fake fountain in the center and standing at the top (where were the parents?! No staff member present either...it was really dangerous). I've never seen Pretend City look like that before but if that's what it was like on my first visit it would scare me away! There's lots of parking but mostly in the back lot. The front lot gets full fast and many spots are reserved for other businesses. You can bring your own food/drinks to eat in their Cafe area or purchase some from vending machines. Wish they sold coffee... Again, amazing spot and 5/5 on weekday mornings. 1/5 on weekend afternoons.
