Called and reported this.. the operator was nice and told me " we take this very seriously " and filed a report for me. I got one call and was told they would come out the next day and meet with me... never came, never rescheduled! I had to call two more times and then was asked to send in the pics of my car... did this and then heard nothing!!! Called back and was told " we are looking at the tapes from the truck and we will get back to u"! Never heard back!! Reached back out and was told " we revised the tapes and it wasn't our truck.. sorry for the bad news"!! I want my car fixed!! if I had other choices I would change who my family has pick up our trash because this company DOES MOT CARE ABIUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!

I'm a recent transplant to Star from Orange County, CA, where I also had Republic for our waste…read moremanagement. I had some issues with Republic there, however, I have been pleased so far with my experience with Republic here in ID. They have picked up in a timely fashion and I've had no issues. Recently, I elected to switch out my 65 gal containers for 95 gal containers, especially since they only pick up recycling every other week. The person I spoke to asked my birthdate and it turns out I qualify for a senior discount. For the large containers, my bill goes up only $3 a month. My only complaint is that the customer service agent that I first signed up with didn't offer me a senior discount. They delivered my new, 95 gal containers as scheduled and took my 65 gal regular trash container. I will place my recycling out next week and they are supposed to take that container. All in all, I have had a good experience with Republic.
