I am kicking myself for not taking before and after pics…read more.. You'll have to just try to imagine it I guess. B and I drove the jeep up to Utah for a week this summer, and went all crazy driving every backroad we could find. Came home and the jeep was covered in red dust inside and out (and dog hair, everything is just ALWAYS covered in dog hair) oh, and there was sunscreen dribbled on the seats, and some PBJ and Pringles sandwich crumbs wedged in the little cracks and crannies of the console, and random mud from when we crossed a river I don't know the name of, and, well, things were a mess. I called On The Spot, and they set me up with an appointment the next day. Two very nice guys (I'm so sorry I don't remember their names because they were really great) showed up with everything they needed to clean my car, all set up in a van. I didn't have to get them power or water or anything. I just pulled the jeep out of the garage and went on with the rest of my day while they worked on the truck right in my driveway. When they were infinished, about 2 hours later, it was a new truck! I swear it looked better than the day I brought it home from the dealer. You could eat off the hubcaps if you were weird like that. They did the inside, the outside, the wheels and the engine, and it actually sparkled! OK it wasn't cheep. This is not a thing I could afford to do except in extenuating circumstances (like Utah red dust coating EVERYTHING inside the car), but I'm not sorry I did it. I would call these guys again for sure. Makes coming home from a road trip a whole lot nicer for sure.

On the spot did a "full" detail on my truck had it for about 5-6 hours and looked like a misters car wash granted it was free to me from the dealership to fix their mess up, on the spot was still paid for my truck but I was very disappointed with the detail. Tons of dust in all the cracks of my panels and air vents still, no leather conditioner was used, my windows were done poorly covered in smudges, My rims look like they were not even tried on, engine bay wasn't even touched. PLUS I got it back with paint chips on my door which I know weren't there because like I said I had just gotten my truck back from the dealership were they painted that exact door a week before. I have used another detailer the last 8 years I will be sticking with J&SONS MOBILE DETAILING.

I've been dealing with the eclipse for years now they've done three of my vehicles and two of my…read morefriends vehicles and one of another acquaintance always excellent work until this last year I had worked for months to save up and buy a Volvo station wagon I hadn't even had the vehicle for 10 days and I took it into eclipse they did an excellent job on the tinting . So when I picked it up my door panel was hanging off and I couldn't figure out what was wrong and then I looked and there's a hidden compartment behind the door handle you have to pop it off with a screwdriver and it looks like whoever tinted it got frustrated and they just ripped the door panel off so there was no way to reattach it it was just hanging there so I took it back to the owner and he said we didn't take your door panel off I said I haven't even had this vehicle for 10 days it was in pristine condition and he said he would fix it for me. weeks went by nothing totally blew me off and I said I'm going to have to write a bad review and he text me back immediately and said you don't have to threaten me I'll take care of it for you. that was last December and then so then my window stopped working so I took it in in the mechanics said that the motor had burned out. they also told me that my window channel was totally bent and mangled.so they said that we put this new motor in ( which with labor cost me 528 bucks) because your window channel is mangled and bent it's going to continue to break every new motor that we put in so now they have to order me a window channel and they're still looking for a door panel for me so by the time it's said and done this tinting job is going to cost me well over $1,000 . It appears they did not use the proper tool to separate the window from the door to make the tint go below grade they bent it all out of shape and the bad thing is the owner blatantly refuses to accept responsibility last December his excuse to me was I just had a son I said well I have five kids they're all grown up but that has nothing to do with you destroying my my car that I've had less than 10 days so that's why I'm leaving this review be very careful. Like I said I've been a loyal customer of this company for years and I expected nothing but the best attending job is amazing but the fact that he just turned on me just like that instead of just doing what was right so be careful folks have a great day stay safe

I had to go to the office to tell her I couldn't get gas. I went back and saw the previous customer didn't get a receipt as it asked on the machine so I pressed "no" to expedite my service. The new gas station employee came out with a chip on her shoulder accusing me of making a mistake and saying my $25 purchase was eliminated. I was upset with her attitude, and replied accordingly, and I snapped at her saying, "I didn't do anything wrong and only wanted gas but couldn't." She then told me to leave the premises and I said I paid $25 and wanted my gas and she refused to help me. I have contacted my CITI card twice and told them this story and I left a message on the Pendleton phone on Sunday but still have not had the $25 credited back to me. I had to go to another gas station and pay another $25 at Speedway to get the gas I needed which required me going a couple of miles out of my way. I will no longer shop at this gas station due to the abuse from this newish employee. This isn't the first time she has been impolite to me. There is no direct phone line for this Pendleton gas station. One must contact the propane office of Pendleton, next door, which apparently owns the gas station. I hope this message helps others so this never happens to any other unsuspecting customer in the future.
