Monday morning I called IWV Plumbing to see when they could come by and give me an estimate and when they could get it done. Within 15 min Felipe was there looking at the project; within 30 min Victor was at work. In less than 3 hours I had hot water! Victor's work was neat and professional, he replaced valves and pipes and hoses (originals were 25 years old) and then cleaned up the area. From the moment I placed the call until the time I paid, a reasonable price, every person was polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend IWV Plumbing.

He removed our toilet and had to come back the next day with a longer snake. He still couldn't clear the drain and stopped, not wanting to risk damage, which Im thankfulI for. I suggested clearing the drain from the main line but he said that won't work. He left the toilet off and recommended another company he knew that can scope the pipe. Well we called another company that we used for our water heater and they cleared the drain through the main line and said they don't even have to go through the toilet line. The toilet cleared right away and we had to pay them extra to put the toilet back on. This was all fixed in a few hours with the different company. Once again the guy is super nice and easy to deal with and communicated immediately. He didn't try to charge us anything as he couldn't complete the task. We all have bad days and equipment that won't cooperate but in the end we just needed someone that can fix our problem.
