Upper and lower decks completely resurfaced with new wood in an angular pattern vs straight easy cuts - ( see pic) Complete new cable railings on top and bottom - and beefed up / reinforced area for future Hot tub on lower deck. ( See pic) Plastic soffit replaced with new pine shiplap on vaulted upper ceiling deck (see pic) New Reinforced upper deck extension for newly built outdoor wood burning fireplace built with multiple 20 foot+ - 8" X 8" support beams in place they did as addition to original project. ( see pic ) Team that did work was friendly when we visited & kept the work areas clean Payments were easy, and we never pressured by Christian. Almost 5 weeks went by before they came back to work. He was to have an Electrician complete work and dropped that ball, never came. Sanding was never completed on the wood, but he could always arrive when it was time to pick up a check. Very disappointing, poor workmanship and reliability. Big gap between the screen porch and the siding. Isn't the point of have a screen porch to keep bugs out? He is not a licensed contractor so BEWARE. Sadly the response below is full of lies.

Follow up on action items and outsanding questions? No way, my guy. This summer, our deprioritized deck project came back with a vengeance. So, I picked up where I left off, reading reviews and reaching out to contractors. Several failed to respond. One company told me I'd need to pay $150 for the privilege of simply getting a quote. Day One Renovations? A timely response and a promptly scheduled, in person consult. Jonathon and Ari were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Timely, proactive, and responsive. When we hired them, it seemed like a no brainer. Now that work is complete, I wish we had hired them sooner.
