She checked all the boxes any bride is looking for: - She was EXTREMELY responsive (this was a biggy for me). Honestly, she usually responded to my requests or questions the same day. - She was very easy to work with. Her go-with-the-flow attitude is definitely the vibe you want during such a stressful time. - Her pricing is very reasonable. I could not believe some of the quotes we received from other vendors. Bettina fit our budget perfectly. - Her photos are stunning. All of her work is great, but she really shines at outdoor photography. Our wedding party photos in Forest Park turned out amazing! I'm in love with them and we're getting compliments galore from family and friends that have seen them. She was extremely professional, accommodating, and listened to everything we needed/wanted while even suggesting ideas we didn't think of! She was easy-going and by far a pleasure to work with. I HATE having my photo taken, but she actually made the process fun and worked with me to produce really flattering headshots. For our family photos, I was blown away by how patient she was with my 3 year old son, who was not in the mood to have photos taken the day of our shoot. I'm not sure I would have remembered the day and all the details, but she captured it all. We did a few posed shots, but of course, the favorites are the unplanned moments. I feel like I have a good eye for photo and design, but I know we would have a nicer book if Tracey had done it. She's totally professional--has an impressive background--and is easy to work with. Our videographer, Judd, was professional, talented, and took the time to connect with my husband and I before our ceremony. We loved his artistic ability to incorporate the important details of our wedding into our highlight video; we felt that he really listened to us and what we wanted. The finished product was great; very professional, cleanly edited, and something that we will cherish forever. However, there were some slight communication problems in the weeks leading up to our wedding and the turnover time wasn't clearly explained beforehand (we waited 4 months for our 3 1/2 minute video, almost twice the amount of time we were initially told it would take.) We also were confused about the editing process and what exactly constituted as our "final edit." While ultimately our edit requests were met, I felt like I was being annoying by asking. Not a feeling you want when you've spent thousands of dollars on a service. All of these things were very minor though and we would still highly recommend them. All in all we're VERY happy and LOVE our video! If there were a way to give 1/2 stars, this would be 4 1/2 for sure!

The customer service I witnessed was outstanding. 1. They are open late. When I say late, I don't mean until 6 p.m. I mean they can be there literally at any time of the day or night. So if you do your best at night and want some great photos, this is your place! 2. John Williams, the photographer and part-owner of the studio, allowed the model to express her creative side with ease. 3. Nice backdrops and props are available, and they have stylists who can come in (for a fee) if the customer requests that service. 4. The studio itself is located in an old paint factory, so there are many photo ops available in the building. 5. Reasonably priced. 6. Photographers are open-minded will do boudoir, nudes, and fetish photography upon request. (see their website or Facebook page) 7. Located right downtown Soulard, easy-to-get-to location. 8.
