A few times my pup has needed something that I would have had to schedule a special visit at our regular vet, take time off work, etc. but since the vet is there at Healthy Tails, they're able to take care of his needs during the day when he's also there for fun with his buddies. Over her life time she has seen more than five vets all of which I have been less than thrilled with. Dr. Lee is sincerely one of the most knowledgeable veterinarians I have ever come across. She is always researching, reading, attending educational meetings, etc. to provide the most cutting edge veterinary care to the furry customers she serves. Most recently, my Abby had become very dumpy and lacked an appetite. She had also been chewing her feet constantly which I had attributed to her possibly being in pain or bored. We visited this week and thought maybe it was her back/neck pain again but Dr. Lee felt there was more going on and decided to run her annual blood work (important for senior dogs). Sure enough, she once again was able to catch something that would have otherwise gone undiagnosed and caused Abby a lot of discomfort and pain. She is prolonging Abby's life because she knows to just what to do and when to do it. She also comes up with a treatment option that will not only make Abby more comfortable but also prolong her life. Today Abby began eating again and brought her leash to go for her walk! While we did a very short walk we did take her for a walk. I'm just grateful to see her in less pain and more active. Dr. Lee never turns anyone away. If you walk in and need to be seen, rest assured you will be seen and a proper diagnosis will be given even if it takes a couple of tests to get there.
