They didn't go by what shots they had the previous year like they were supposed to and gave them a 3 year rabies vaccine which they haven't had before as they always had the 1 year. Thank God our cat got better after a steroid shot. This Clinic does not have any emergency services which is another reason not to go there.

In 2023 I rescued (my definition, the dog had been denied medical care by previous owner) a beautiful lab/corgi mix. She ended up having 6 very large urinary stones. They quickly got her in for surgery (Dx last afternoon, surgery next morning). Follow up care was also excellent. They kept me informed of how she was doing during the couple of days she stayed after surgery as well. The only drawback - no appt's on the weekends.

One of the emergencies was after during normal business hours, and her office was the only one in Maryville that would take an unscheduled emergency, the others didn't have time. Some things here maybe a little pricey, but it's worth it.. Highly recommend Sally.

One was "she was not mentally awake after surgery and had a slower heart rate than I'd like so I gave her Epinephrine". The other story was " she had a slow heart rate after surgery and when we came in to check on her she wasn't breathing so we gave her epinephrine and CPR". This place is disgusting, they are not qualified to do a damn thing. They waited HOURS to call and let us know they killed her. We showed up and her body was already cold and stiff.

I had to call multiple times to get through later in the day and I finally received a call back where I was told my dog had went through sugary fine and was able to be picked up. During this call I was placed on hold, I heard a nurse mention something and he told me well apparently he is having trouble breathing let me go check him we may need to keep him overnight. when he came back on the line I was told that unfortunately my dog had actually passed away an hour ago while he was at lunch. He had laid on his side and suffocated. Not only is this outrageous they then still charged me for the sugary. When I take my animal to a vet I assume it will be monitored. Also I failed to mention when I picked him up his eyes were open. He had laid back there awake and dying alone. This is also the second dog I have lost to this vet clinic, I will not be returning.
