Look - I'm a 10 in the looks department (if your look is chunky chick) and my credit score is a…read moresolid "average." So I'm basically awesome and a total catch if you need help eating at a buffet or getting a higher interest rate on that car you want. My lowest score has always been my mental health. Six months ago or so I was in such a dark place that I just stopped living. I just felt overwhelmed and unheard. I've been going to psychiatrists for DECADES (I'm old but I don't look a day over 50...and I'm 40) and it's always the same three minute conversations: Do you want to harm yourself? Do you want to harm others? Have you tried Xanax? I can't even begin to tell you how bad off I was. Racing thoughts, anxiety both during the day and crippling into the night, couldn't sleep and majorly depressed. I was seeing someone in Frisco and while she was nice, I felt like I was stuck. I just kept getting prescribed the same thing at higher doses. That wasn't what I wanted. So I tried Dr. Faith here and not only did she spend almost an hour on that first visit with me, she didn't ask the three same questions. She asked questions that NO ONE ever thought to ask. Because of her I'm now treating the ADHD I didn't know I had (no wonder I couldn't focus on anything and kept losing my keys) as well as encouraging me to seek therapy for PTSD. Yes. I have that. I didn't realize how that messed up childhood left me with scars I couldn't see, but only felt. While I can't say I'm fully cured or anything I just wanted you all to know that both Dr.Faith and Dr. Ahmed are real professionals who care. They go out of their way to make sure when that call ends you have everything you need. I can't recommend them enough. She's helped me off one medication that's completely addictive and found better alternatives than over prescribing something that's hard to come off of. Go here!

I have called to speak with them, get the call center, leave a message, and then IF/when a call comes back I don't see it until I miss it. (That's my bad cell service at my home) SO I call back, ask for a direct #. They won't give it to me. That 3rd time I called, I explained my situation and the service rep offered to call the office for me...I waited on hold for her to try to get through TWICE! They never answered! They make it clear when u call, they want you to use the app and I do most of the time. But for goodness sake?!?! I needed to speak with a person about a timely issue and apparently there are none there to answer the phones.

I walked in at 10:02 and Melissa was checking me in. She said she would have to ask the practice manager if she could let me in and then I was telling her the situation about how I drove a far away just to be at this location and that I cannot account for the rain. Melissa literally has no sympathy and she didn't even turn around to ask the branch manager so I don't know if she was typing on her computer or what but literally 2 minutes at 10:02!! From the time it takes to park the small parking lot to walk in! Based on that alone and how frustrated I am, I will not be coming to this practice to reschedule. I will find somebody else who understands that nature is not one person's fault for 2 minutes late! At that point Melissa was literally just typing and got me to sign something and then told me the next available time which would be the 21st at 8 am. I said cancel because I'm just here today and tomorrow! Beware if you're 2 minutes late and it rains! There's no sympathy in this office! None of her other co-workers that were listening around the situation would even turn around to help! This office is cold. There's no "bedside manner"! Again,I CANNOT ACCOUNT FOR THE HEAVY RAIN IN MY AREA!!!!!!!! IT WAS 2 MINUTES!!!! I have attached screenshots of the weather forecast and the time posted while I sit in there parking lot and type this! 2 MINUTES!!!!!!

I would give anything to go back in time and never have begun working with this office. While Dr…read moreDonald was able to set me up with a useful and effective plan, nothing could outweigh the staggering mismanagement. It is nearly impossible to get in contact with the office for questions re scheduling, billing, medication refills, etc. The last straw for me has been being charged over four times what my (5 minute long, check-in-and-refill-meds) appointments typically cost with absolutely no explanation. I have tried for the past month to call, email, and contact via patient portal for explanation with no response. I can't even get a response in order to get my medical records. What a waste of time - I feel so stupid for letting this place take advantage of my time, money, and patience for this long.

Alright. While I believe that everyone's business is their own and that people shouldn't share all…read moretheir dirty laundry, I also think it's important to know who is qualified and who could harm you. I'll preface all of the following with this warning: This is my OPINION, and for something like this it's highly advised you do your homework and not go off of reviews on Yelp, Google or any other thing. Make your own opinions. This isn't a dry cleaner or a restaurant...this is something you need to decide on your own. I can at least tell you my business so you understand what you are walking into at a very high level. The office is very clean and nice and I found the front office staff EXTREMELY kind and welcoming. That's extremely important here as it sets the tone for the appointment. If it is your very first visit you'll more than likely be asked to do a drug screen, which I appreciated because it does tell you they take precautions and are pretty responsible not to give anything to someone who is there with ulterior motives. My nurse was actually someone new to the practice who was doing her clinical training so we swapped stories and she took me back to see Ms. Donald who is the NP here. A little thing about NPs....I've seen some folks rag on NPs, and I don't understand why. While they may not be MDs, they are trained to do most everything except surgical stuff. My primary care doc is an NP in a practice with an MD, just like here. She prescribes things and diagnoses stuff just like her MD counterpart and I've never went "You can't do that because you aren't an MD" because she's more than qualified. It's a bit of a peeve to see people who should have done their homework act rude because Donald is a NP and gripe that she's not an MD. Guess what...NPs are medical professionals too. Do your homework though and know everything ahead of time. I already knew she was licensed and I did my leg work ahead of time. When I walked into her office she greeted me warmly and we talked about my issues. Without going all up in it, I have issues with anxiety and sleep and I tend to try and "do it on my own" instead of seeking help, which is never cool. You shouldn't be ashamed by the way to seek help. She was professional and kind and, more importantly, she helped. Nothing was pushed on me. Nothing was shady. I left knowing that i had been heard. When I was checking out the front desk ladies told me about Frisco Pharmacy which is right down the road. I had mentioned that the Walgreens I go to always seems to be out of everything and they let me know that Frisco Pharmacy usually has everything they prescribe and that they can have it ready in 10 minutes, as that is a selling point the pharmacy has printed on all it's promo material. I appreciate that they call and ask if it's in stock so that I know in the office if my meds are ready. Overall, I'm happy that I chose this practice. Are there places that will prescribe anything? Absolutely. I've got firsthand knowledge of those and let me tell you and they've been in affluent areas with an MD so don't think I don't know what to look for. I'm leaving this review so that you can see that a real person went here though. My experience might not be like yours but at least you see what you are getting into. Don't be scared to ask for help. I promise it's better than suffering through whatever you are going through.

He is far more than just another internal medicine doctor; his deep expertise in both internal medicine and endocrinology is exceptional and has made all the difference in my care. What sets Dr. Proctor apart is how much he truly cares about his patients as human beings. He is by far the most responsive doctor I've ever had--always prompt with follow-ups, thorough in his explanations, and genuinely invested in my well-being. His approach goes beyond the clinical; he listens, he supports, and he partners with you in your health journey. His staff is incredible as well. The physician assistants are outstanding--each one is knowledgeable and capable enough to serve as a primary physician on their own. Together with Dr. Proctor, they form an unbeatable team that delivers compassionate, high-quality care every single time. If you're looking for a doctor who combines world-class medical knowledge with heartfelt humanity, Dr. Proctor and his team are the gold standard. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Between my two sons, my wife, my grandson, and myself, we have relied on Dr. Procter for a wide range of medical needs and have consistently received exceptional care. As a physician, Dr. Procter has access to many of the same medical tools, treatments, and resources as other doctors. What truly sets him apart is not the tools themselves, but the way he uses them. In today's healthcare environment, it is rare to find a physician who combines deep medical knowledge with genuine compassion, personal commitment, and an unwavering determination to help patients heal. My two sons each have unique and challenging medical conditions. Before seeing Dr. Procter, we consulted with numerous physicians and specialists without achieving meaningful results. Dr. Procter approached their cases differently. He listened carefully, thought creatively, and developed treatment plans that addressed the root causes of their issues. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, both of my sons are experiencing successful outcomes that other physicians had been unable to achieve. Dr. Procter treats patients as individuals rather than diagnoses. He takes the time to understand the whole person and is fully invested in helping his patients achieve the best possible health. His care, compassion, and dedication are qualities that have become increasingly difficult to find in modern medicine. I recommend Dr. Procter and The Well Integrative Medicine without hesitation. Our family's health and quality of life are significantly improved because of the care we receive there.
