They suggest that stylists are style directors - but these people are with the salon a very short amount of time and then they leave or are let go! I don't mind paying a fair price for the service and styling. But rush are so cynical with how they deal with customers. Scruffs is an excellent salon and charge £35 with a conditioning treatment included. There is no way that rush should be charging more than that

I lasted over half a year before I couldn't take it any more and my better senses took over, despite resorting to hair bands, combing with hair dryers and stronger and stronger hair products. Anyway the point of this anecdote is that it left Ying Chan at Bamboo with little to work with, having grown out my hair for so long, she couldn't infer what it ought to look like short based on the way it had grown out - she had no idea what my last hair cut looked like. She worked off a grainy photo on my blackberry but then proceeded to produce a lovely short hair cut that looks good without product, a significant feat. That on top of the 20% discount (25 pounds all in with a nice tip) and I'm leaving very satisfied. I will be back a few more times before the school year is up.
