The 2nd was a failing fan on the same Dell desktop. They diagnosed which fan and replaced it while I waited, at the end of their day. The tech even stayed over to finish the job for me. The cost was minimal. I am very happy with their service and they are much cheaper than Connecting point for repairs. Highly recommended.

I literally was the only customer when I walked in. There were two employees who turned their back…read moreto me. No greeting. I walked over to them. They continued to have their back to me and I stood there for two minutes then finally said excuse me. They turned around. I told them I needed to have something printed. They directed me over to the copy machine, which I passed (because I don't work here) and the lady redirected me back. Like she was inconvenienced for having to do a minutes with of work . My son joined me and tried to get the machine to print properly (large print). It wouldn't. We were there 10 minutes. You would have thought one of the employees would have offered to help but they were busy talking about personal stuff . Someone else came and made them work too. When we left no acknowledgment . One of the women may have been a manager. Horrible customer service. I see why no one goes there.
