I was advised your best chance at recovering these funds is through law enforcement. Both parties should follow up with the investigating officer and encourage them to pursue investigation into this incident" so they are refusing to cover the funds and passing the buck!

I needed…read morecheques went into the bank ordered them asked them to put my new address on the cheques they said they could not do that unless i had proof that i lived there.I had a mortgage with them for 17 years i thought it was really odd that i needed proof.I ordered the cheques and asked them to send them to the branch and i would pick them up.I told them not to send them to my old address i need to pick them up there.A few weeks went by still no cheques, i keep going in to see if they arrived nothing then the last time i went in the lady looked it up and sure enough they sent them to my old address.I was upset so i just stormed out.Payed $50 for them never received them never was offered anything.Finnally a year later payed off the line of credit and closed my account.Changed banks and moved on very incompetent branch.I give you one star because i have to
