I know what I want, and I have been let down by the selection (or lack thereof) at other stores. Not the case with Smoke Envy, which is now my go-to spot in H-town! Every time I leave the place, it is with a smile on my face. I can't say enough about the cool, welcoming vibe, and the friendliness & knowledge of the owner Joe. I've been to all the other smoke shops in the area, and Smoke Envy has got them beat, hands down! As far as selection, outstanding service, good value, and great vibes, Smoke Envy is THE BEST. There's no "attitude", no sales pitch, and Joe and his employees really know their stuff. They are more than happy to help if you have a question or a problem, even if its with a product that you bought elsewhere. Joe is also wonderful at giving suggestions and recommendations, and pretty much every time I stop by, I leave with something new & very cool, even if I had just come for one specific thing originally. At Smoke Envy, I always feel welcomed; never rushed or pressured.
