The woman there was friendly, helpful, and called this location for me. They had it, so she sent me over. When I got here, the gentleman behind the counter -- I'm sorry I can't remember his name -- was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He had what I originally came for, but took the time to answer all of my questions and help me compare several different products as I kept changing my mind. He pulled multiple options out of the boxes, explained the differences, and gave me his opinion without ever making me feel rushed. I ended up buying something completely different from what I originally came in for, and I'm glad I did. I even tried to price match the item to another source I had seen elsewhere. When he checked their price was already cheaper. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and very fair pricing. The interior has so much character - part coffee house, part cigar shop and lounge, part golf simulator, and man cave. We ordered 2 vanilla lattes, one with whole milk and the other with oat milk and cinnamon. They were some of the better coffees we've had and Scott was super friendly and easy to chat with. Roasted to perfection. I loved how knowledgeable he was about all cigars; so helpful picking out things just based on the characteristics I gave him for the men I wanted to get gifts for. I even found something for me! I thought the prices were so fair especially since shopping around in the city. I loved that he had a haven for locals to come and have a jam sessions that also exposed visitors to local talent. I realized the price difference shortly after buying it and came back about 30 minutes later with the product still factory sealed and unopened. I asked if they would match the price or allow a return. The employee called the owner, and after that call her entire demeanor changed. She did not say, "I'm sorry," or explain the decision. She just pushed the box back across the counter, stared at me, and pointed to a no-refund sign. I understand some items may be final sale, especially in a vape shop. But applying that same policy to a $400-$500 sealed device, with no flexibility, no price match, no store credit, and no basic customer service, is disappointing. I left feeling like they did not care at all, even after years of being a customer. I will not be returning.
