In my head, I had ideas of dark red and romantic instagram flowers, but, with my wedding being in late June, Debbie delicately helped me to pivot to a much more seasonally appropriate and beautiful color scheme that still incorporated the same elements. She constructed the BEST chuppah adornments and made the most BEAUTIFUL and intricate bouquet I have ever seen! Her guidance and keen eye was so helpful, and she created the most perfect florals. I knew when I saw Debbie and Ivy's work that I absolutely had to have them (Flowers by Jo-Ann) for my wedding. I know if I'm admiring more traditional pinks and whites (not my thing) that if they could work with darker colors, it would be sublime. I can't go on enough. I really can't. Debbie is a dream to work with. We started with an hour long appointment going over every single thing that I needed or never knew I needed but really wanted. Debbie is very conscious of budget and I'm terrible because I didn't have a budget in mind at ALL, but knew I couldn't have every single thing I wanted (and what I wanted was every inch of the venue covered in arrangements by Flowers by Jo-Ann!!!) She will go over your vision with you (mine-- dark glamour, fall colors, Halloween but nothing too obvious) and create a Pinterest board. Then you'll have a phone call about a month out and discuss more. The result was PERFECTION. Seriously. I cannot cannot cannot stop gushing. Originally I thought I'd save some money and get creative with the table centerpieces myself. About 6 weeks out, I knew that wasn't going to happen, so I was able to discuss some affordable but still beautiful options with Debbie (candles, with flowers and greens). When I walked into the venue last week and saw how they transformed the place into a dark candle and floral paradise, I about lost my mind with happiness. It could not get any better than this Besides the large arrangements and centerpieces, my bouquet and the wedding party bouquets were so gorgeous, we couldn't stop holding them. There were artichokes, dark roses, pops of orange roses, dark purple mums, black calla lilies on mine, and other flowers that I can't quite identify. So beyond gorgeous. I wish these flowers would last forever. I brought everything home and I can't stop admiring them. It's kind of ridiculous. Sadly, they made so many substitutions without consulting us and there were even instances where arrangements fell apart. During our consultation and correspondence prior to our wedding they were very warm and assured us that they would be able to provide us with the flowers (many for sentimental reasons) we requested. When our wedding day came, we thought they were bringing in flowers for another wedding by mistake. Per the suggestion of our wedding venue (who was also disappointed to see what Hedge produced for us...it was really bad) we requested a partial refund for the arrangements that fell apart and extreme substitutions they made. Sadly, they declined to do the correct thing. Hedge proved to be an untrustworthy vendor that would say anything just to get our business. They showed us that they do not care about their client's requests and wishes for their special day, only their questionable aesthetic and your hard earned money in their pocket (that they will gladly keep even after providing a terrible service.) Stay away from this vendor.

My experience, not great…read more I went on their website and ordered a flowers and candy combo to be delivered the next day, paid and received a confirmation my card was charged. I entered my personal Gmail and never received an email confirm. So, I called them Thursday evening just to confirm order was received and the woman on the phone was short, abrupt and rude. Her response after cutting me off was " all orders placed were either taken care of today or will go out tomorrow" and she hung up. Then, Friday evening, I checked in because the order still haven't been delivered, same woman on the phone cut me off almost immediately upon answering and said "all orders have been out for delivery already" without even listening to what I was going to say. Again, rude, abrupt, short. And hung up on me again. If they were so busy and they didn't have time to talk, don't answer the phone! Or just say, "hey, we are very busy today, sorry for the delay, someone will get back, etc" She clearly has no interest in customer service or retaining new customers. Lots of options out there, so no thanks.
