I've been here a few times recently. Once for wedding needs, and once for mothers day. Both times I had the same general experience: in a word, wonderful. The ladies here are always helpful, they do service well, and they are creative. For the wedding I needed some fresh flowers for my hair. I described what I was looking for, and she did it for me no questions asked and super quickly. Also, the prices were super reasonable compared to a few other places I had called. I recommend them for all your floral needs! read more

West Nyack Florist - Florists Near Me - West Nyack, New York

I have been using West Nyack Florist for many years now, and I can honestly say Laurel and her Staff are "The Best!" Every arrangement is different and beautiful. Like lovely works of art!! They use "unusual" flowers - tiny roses, rose buds, and orchids in amazing colors, hydrangeas, lilacs, etc., - so not the typical cookie cutter-like arrangements you may get from other florists. I've used a lot of florists in my life, and West Nyack Florist is The Best!!!!! read more

First I was greeted with a terrible attitude by an older woman who did not seem happy to be working there. During one of the most known holidays for buying flowers ( Valentines Day) I was refused service the day of because they were "working with a slim number of flowers" for the day. I asked if I would be able to buy any of the flowers it could be any color and any flower and I was still denied any service. Trying to make someone's day turned into nothing but headaches and being upset. Will definitely never return to this florist and I hope no one has to go through what I just went through. read more

West Nyack Florist is THE BEST! I go to Laurel for everything I need- bouquet for a friend or centerpieces for a shower! I was getting married 150 miles away and accepted the fact that Laurel would not be able to travel that far, but she was a huge part of my wedding centerpieces and created exactly what I wanted to bring to the local florist for my wedding. Laurel is amazing at what she does and takes all the time with you to create the most special design! Thank you Laurel!! read more

Order the flower delivery online for Valentine's Day around 4PM, but they didn't come the time I requested for. We frequently check outside until 8PM but still yet didn't come so we gave up and will try to give a call for refund next morning. However, we realized that the flower was left outside in freezing weather next morning and it has been frozen. The delivery person didn't ring the bell and left it behind, in result the flower was dead. It has been worst Valentine's Day experience ever. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO BUY THE FLOWER FROM THIS SHOP FOR YOUR OCCASSIONS. read more

We booked West Nyack Florist for our wedding bouquets and centerpieces, and highly recommend working with them! Laurel is a gem- she loves what she does, and it shows in her work. She is a true artist with flowers and plants, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I do not know much about flowers, but she patiently listened to my ideas and was so helpful with suggestions. She showed me each flower as she described her vision for our day, and actually created a centerpiece for us to see before finalizing the order. I received many compliments on the uniqueness of my bouquet's color, and its overall look. It is because of Laurel's creativity, dedication and professionalism that we had absolutely stunning centerpieces and flowers for our wedding! read more

I used West Nyack Florist for the first time yesterday. The staff was courteous and helpful. I've used many florists in the past for business and personal reasons; while ordering I am often given the feeling that they think I'm not spending enough. This experience was one of the lowest amounts I've spent and I did not feel like my request was inadequate. The flowers arrived today as requested. My secretary couldn't say enough nice things about the arrangement. "Beautiful, bright colors, incredible flower selection" I am so pleased and will be putting this florist's number in my phone! read more

I called from California for a very last minute order for a funeral service for the next day in Nyack. I'd seen their beautiful arrangements on the website. I got Laurel right away but we played phone tag a few times until we were able to complete the order. It was fine with me, because being that busy signaled that they must be very good! I told Laurel that because the pics on line were so gorgeous, I would trust her judgement having to deal last minute with what she had on hand. She was so helpful, so courteous, so engaged that I wholeheartedly urge anyone to use them for any needs. We ordered 2 large arrangements that the family said were beautiful! I'm so glad to know that we have a florist across the country that we can count on!!!! read more
