First I was greeted with a terrible attitude by an older woman who did not seem happy to be working there. During one of the most known holidays for buying flowers ( Valentines Day) I was refused service the day of because they were "working with a slim number of flowers" for the day. I asked if I would be able to buy any of the flowers it could be any color and any flower and I was still denied any service. Trying to make someone's day turned into nothing but headaches and being upset. Will definitely never return to this florist and I hope no one has to go through what I just went through. read more

Order the flower delivery online for Valentine's Day around 4PM, but they didn't come the time I requested for. We frequently check outside until 8PM but still yet didn't come so we gave up and will try to give a call for refund next morning. However, we realized that the flower was left outside in freezing weather next morning and it has been frozen. The delivery person didn't ring the bell and left it behind, in result the flower was dead. It has been worst Valentine's Day experience ever. I called from California for a very last minute order for a funeral service for the next day in Nyack. I'd seen their beautiful arrangements on the website. I got Laurel right away but we played phone tag a few times until we were able to complete the order. It was fine with me, because being that busy signaled that they must be very good!
