I have been going to Cavi Spa for the past 5 years on and off and it has been amazing!! I have spent over $2,000 with Cavi Spa between skin care products and services. I will now explain my last and FINAL ENCOUNTER. At the beginning of 2019 I had purchased two microdermabrasion with mask specials and I had only used one. I was off from school in December 2019 and decided that I should use my other microdermabrasion and mask as a treat to myself for Christmas. I go into the room everything is fine and everything is clean no issue there. After Vicki finishes the microdermabrasion, I said can I have a different mask from the clay mask. She asks me why and I say " I have always gotten that one when I have come here so I want to try something different now". She said " I have a new mask anyway and the one we were using prior I no longer use." I said ok.. now here comes the terrible part I'm laying on the table I look over at her as she takes out the mask to prepare it... and to my surprise it is SHEA MOISTURE MUD MASK! How do I know this?!?! Because you purchase shea moisture at Target, Walmart, CVS , etc. ALSO, I HAVE THE SAME MASK AT HOME THAT I BOUT FROM TARGET FOR $10!! So you're telling me I came to a spa to have them put a over the counter mask brand on my face? And consider that a professional service? YES! That's exactly what I'm saying!! I'm beyond disappointed and the reason I wrote a review and not say anything to the owner is because I don't know who is the fault for this? She proceeded to put the mask on my face and let it sit for 15 mins. And as she put it on she is talking about how great the mask is blah blah .. I have been using this mask for a long time at home so I know the smell of the product. I didn't say anything because anyone stupid enough to provide cheap customer service deserves a poor review. I honestly don't know why I left a tip at the end, I was still in shock, looking back I should of said something in the moment. But I didn't want anyone to try to talk there way out of it because the bottle was not new which means it has been used on other people. I'm writing this review to help other people, when u go to spas look at what they are putting on your face because if your not careful they are putting products from the 99 cent store. I won't be supporting this business anymore.. and after 5 years of supporting them I am very saddened that I now have to find a new spa to attend , especially since this is so convenient. I have paid for spa quality services and I got something that I use at home, my money has been taken and now everyone should question the services they are receiving. Whatever it is my trust has been broken and I hope everyone reads this before investing in this organization. They took my money and trust and robbed me. Unbeknownst to me at some point in 2021they dropped out of network with my insurance and did not inform me. One year after services I received an astronomical bill for each of my daughters. I was upset and called the office and they told me that they would look into it and agreed that it didn't make any sense. No one reached out to me. I ended up calling the insurance company and learned that this practice added extra dates-dates we weren't even there. I was charged OUT OF NETWORK costs for the visits. I am beyond upset and feel very betrayed. I believe they purposely waited over a year to send me the bill so I would not drop them knowing that they were no longer in network. So much for helping people's mental health. How deceitful!! I would advise never ever ever ever to attend this practice. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I also have used the Halo and the BroadBand Light treatment for the skin on my face and arms. I was very happy with results of all of those treatments. Possibly a yearly occurrence if the budget allows I really like having a place that helps me find the way to feeling better as I age and sharing ways to take care of my outward appearance. The nurse that did the IV was very friendly, was great at inserting the IV, and checked in on me during the treatment. While getting my IV, I was offered to add on a foot detox for an extra $15. So cool and kinda gross to see what toxins are coming out of your body so quickly! The facial was mediocre (which is why only 4 stars). I'm guessing because it was a basic facial aka not customized, that was the reason the aesthetician didn't ask me any questions about my skin/face. There wasn't any music playing so all I could focus on was the squeaky rubber gloves as she was applying products to my face. My face didn't have that "after facial" glow, so this is something I'll skip next time.
