In 2021 it was a little chaotic they switched buildings and it was very unorganized. We were in network when we started coming again in 2021. Unbeknownst to me at some point in 2021they dropped out of network with my insurance and did not inform me. One year after services I received an astronomical bill for each of my daughters. I was upset and called the office and they told me that they would look into it and agreed that it didn't make any sense. No one reached out to me. I ended up calling the insurance company and learned that this practice added extra dates-dates we weren't even there. I was charged OUT OF NETWORK costs for the visits. I am beyond upset and feel very betrayed. I believe they purposely waited over a year to send me the bill so I would not drop them knowing that they were no longer in network. So much for helping people's mental health. How deceitful!! I would advise never ever ever ever to attend this practice. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

This clinic almost killed me. Tampa Bay Total Wellness is a clinic I became a member because it had…read moregreat reviews. Tami Oberbroekling the owner became my hormones provider. The first thing she did was have my hormone labs including thyroid drawn. After the lab results came in, we had our first online construction. I was told in that constant that my labs showed i had hypothyroid. She prescribed me a thyroid medication and increased my estradiol patch at the same time. About two days after taking my 7am thyroid medication about 10 or 11 am I started getting severe low back hip and pe pain that lasted 5 to 6 hours and stopped. This happened every day same duration and timing. I contacted Tami Obey the owner of Tampa Bay Total Wellness and spoke to her nurse who told me the thyroid has nothing to do with sex hormones. What? I then contacted my family doctor and he looked at the lab results that Tami Obernroeckling had and the labs never showed low thyroid my labs were normal. I contacted Tami Oberbroekling and in our last consultation she basically gaslighted me and told me the pain was basically not anything to do with the thyroid medication. She even asked if I was on any hormones! She presc them to me!! Huge red flag! I ended up firing her and sent a letter saying why I was ending our return. She never apologized for putting me on a powerful thyroid medication I never needed and raising my estradiol at the same time. If I didn't listen to my body and stop the thyroid medication I could of died. I was on it in pain being gaslighted for over two weeks. Tami Oberbroekling should of ran a complete thyroid panel in which she only ran outdated tests. She never asked if I originally had any low thyroid symptoms which I didn't. It's been 40 days since stopping the thyroid medication and I'm still recovering. Most days I'm bedridden in pain. It's going to take a long time for my symptom to recalibrated. Tami Oberbroekling the owner of Tampa Bay Total Wellness needs to stop prescribing medication she knows nothing about. She needs to stay away from the endocrine system and stick to injecting botox.

This month they offered 2 for $99 from a list of services. I chose a hydration IV & basic facial. The nurse that did the IV was very friendly, was great at inserting the IV, and checked in on me during the treatment. While getting my IV, I was offered to add on a foot detox for an extra $15. So cool and kinda gross to see what toxins are coming out of your body so quickly! The facial was mediocre (which is why only 4 stars). I'm guessing because it was a basic facial aka not customized, that was the reason the aesthetician didn't ask me any questions about my skin/face. There wasn't any music playing so all I could focus on was the squeaky rubber gloves as she was applying products to my face. My face didn't have that "after facial" glow, so this is something I'll skip next time.
