For starters, their online catallogue needs to be updated. Customers can visit their showroom, which I did not, so for the online ordering types, they really should update their online catalgoue to refect what they actyally stock. Alot of the colors listed for the linens they didnt have at all, which was frustrating. The woman I placed my ordere with was very nice, but also has room for improvement with regards to attention to detail. They delivered the items to my next door neighbors, thankfully, they called me and it was an easy fix and they weren't sent across town to the wrong place. Their tables are in very poor condition. The wood is old, chipped, and snags on the linens, which I didn't love, but once they were covered it was all good. THe delivery and pick up teams were cordial and super fast. Very easy to work with. I'd consider ordering from here again, but perhaps may stop by their showroom first to see what they have in stock, versus having to go back and forth over the phone, requesting photos, etc. That was a little cumbersome.

We got married here and while it was a beautiful place and everyone at our wedding had a blast I as…read morethe bride was left with a bad taste in my mouth. The reason for one star: they ruined our sand ceremony keepsake. Once the reception started our gifts, cards and sand kit was placed inside. Once the party was over they lock up. Understandable it's someone's home. That's when I realized our sand kit with our sand keepsake was locked inside. I asked if we can go grab it and they refused. Ok again I understand that it's someone's house but none of the staff or anyone working there offered to go back inside and grab it. I asked when can we get it and They said Monday! Wedding was on a Saturday and We're from Phoenix so it's a bit of a drive. So we drive back to the mansion to pick it up and they left the box on the porch. I grab it and opened it up and they had turned the box upside down so the sand was falling out and it got all mixed up! Now every time I look at our keepsake I'm reminded of how terrible they were to us and how they had no consideration for our belongings. Just throw it outside on the porch. It is all inclusive so the price includes most of the vendors you need but most importantly they do not charge you all of the little extras like cutting the cake and uncorking the wine. The second you walk in, you feel so welcome and comfortable. She's got decor on every wall and pieces that you can buy/rent for your wedding. The cake corner is my favorite, where she has cakes and treats displayed so you can see what the baker is like that she works with. The blue velvet couch was my favorite spot, as you could sit for a while and chat about packages and pricing. I like the decor in her shop and love how easy it is to go in and find exactly what you need. She even rents the space out for events and girls nights, and I can't wait to go back.

She really did have some great local vendors that worked well with our plans from planning weeks in advance to last minute reservations minutes before the ceremony! For those thinking can I even afford a planner? I'd say still have a chat with her!! You'd be surprised with the deals she gets through vendors, pretty much takes care of whatever money you thought you'd save not having a planner. She makes magic happen! While I cannot thank her enough, I'd recommend her to all taking the leap into marriage.
