The second you walk in, you feel so welcome and comfortable. She's got decor on every wall and pieces that you can buy/rent for your wedding. The cake corner is my favorite, where she has cakes and treats displayed so you can see what the baker is like that she works with. The blue velvet couch was my favorite spot, as you could sit for a while and chat about packages and pricing. I like the decor in her shop and love how easy it is to go in and find exactly what you need. She even rents the space out for events and girls nights, and I can't wait to go back.

The reason for one star: they ruined our sand ceremony keepsake. Once the reception started our gifts, cards and sand kit was placed inside. Once the party was over they lock up. Understandable it's someone's home. That's when I realized our sand kit with our sand keepsake was locked inside. I asked if we can go grab it and they refused. Ok again I understand that it's someone's house but none of the staff or anyone working there offered to go back inside and grab it. I asked when can we get it and They said Monday! Wedding was on a Saturday and We're from Phoenix so it's a bit of a drive. So we drive back to the mansion to pick it up and they left the box on the porch. I grab it and opened it up and they had turned the box upside down so the sand was falling out and it got all mixed up! Now every time I look at our keepsake I'm reminded of how terrible they were to us and how they had no consideration for our belongings. Just throw it outside on the porch. It is all inclusive so the price includes most of the vendors you need but most importantly they do not charge you all of the little extras like cutting the cake and uncorking the wine. For starters, their online catallogue needs to be updated. Customers can visit their showroom, which I did not, so for the online ordering types, they really should update their online catalgoue to refect what they actyally stock. Alot of the colors listed for the linens they didnt have at all, which was frustrating. The woman I placed my ordere with was very nice, but also has room for improvement with regards to attention to detail. They delivered the items to my next door neighbors, thankfully, they called me and it was an easy fix and they weren't sent across town to the wrong place. Their tables are in very poor condition. The wood is old, chipped, and snags on the linens, which I didn't love, but once they were covered it was all good. THe delivery and pick up teams were cordial and super fast. Very easy to work with. I'd consider ordering from here again, but perhaps may stop by their showroom first to see what they have in stock, versus having to go back and forth over the phone, requesting photos, etc. That was a little cumbersome.

But know that if you hire Phil you will be extremely happy with your experience from beginning to end. Throughout the planning stage, Phil offered us 11 out of 10 communication. He is extremely organized and efficient, is clearly very experienced, and offered ideas we never would have thought of on our own. I felt like I was in very good hands the entire time. And Phil's work at our wedding could not have been better. He kept us on time, provided our guests with well-timed & minimally disruptive updates and information, and coordinated his equipment smoothly even though we had multiple location changes from the ceremony to dinner to the reception. He created a beautiful vibe during our ceremony, a fun and upbeat vibe during cocktail hour and dinner, and the best dance floor experience I could have asked for. He even set up cold sparklers to ignite during the crescendo of our first dance! And, unlike other DJs, Phil offers packages that allow you to have his services for your entire event (rather than by the hour) which is huge if you have a longer event planned. Hiring Fantastic Five Entertainment should be the easiest decision you make for your wedding.
