When I had said something not understanding why she was being so rude and short, she explained she had suffered Covid loss. Never apologized. I said to her I don't have Covid, when I did I rescheduled fulling informing your staff, had I known today would have been a problem, I would have rescheduled for another day. She said, "that would have been smarter." As I was getting my coat in, she returned, to walk me to the exit. I said to her, I am just putting on my coat if that's okay. The exam was not like I have had other times. I was assured by an administrator that she did the exam appropriately. I by- pass the check in booth because no one was present so I went to the counter and was to go back to the booth. The lady at check in had just returned and she tagged if she could help me and I told her that I had to check in and she got a little rude. Her reply and tone was, I'm helping two people. She could have stated that she will be with me in a moment, a much better reply! I went back to the front desk as I was summoned from the person that sent me a way and he was kind and pleasant to deal with. After check in I dealt with the techs. Tina was the first, giving a mammogram it was a strange experience for me e as a guy but I made it through. Jesse was the sonogram tech. Very pleasant experience and both were giving me information as to what was about to occur. I had to do an chest X-ray and that also went well. I didn't get the text name but he was very apologetic for the delay in the waiting time. He didn't know that they put out charts in door rack. The facility is emaculate and very much in order. All of the other staff that I dealt with were professional, and compassionate.

The phone number is someone's personal cell phone number which seemed odd but I booked anyway. They called at least twice the week of/before to ensure we were keeping our appointment. We arrived 5-10 minutes early; inside the building we couldn't find the companies name posted anywhere so we called and discovered this company shares space inside of an OB/Gyn office. We were advised to wait a few minutes because they were on their way. The ladies I dealt with were nice. I was advised after the sonogram they couldn't print all the images and we'd have to wait for the regular person who worked there to print them. I was given the DVD, teddy bear and four printouts (had to wait for the CD and other prints). The company owner is very unprofessional, I had to harass them for my photos after 2 weeks of not receiving them. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I had a 12:15 PM appointment and was told by the receptionist, Kamine, that the doctor was running on time and I would be seen immediately. I arrived early, expecting things to proceed as scheduled. Instead, I waited 45 minutes with no update. When I finally inquired about the delay, I was told that Dr. Surasky had decided to take a no-fault appointment in place of mine and that I would need to wait an additional hour to be seen. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Clear communication and honoring scheduled appointments should be basic standards in any medical practice. I will not be returning.
