She said, "that would have been smarter." As I was getting my coat in, she returned, to walk me to the exit. I said to her, I am just putting on my coat if that's okay. The exam was not like I have had other times. I was assured by an administrator that she did the exam appropriately. Both my breast are hurting today from the mammogram. I've sent in a bad review to Northwell Health on a survey and now I'm putting it on on Yelp. It's not just the radiologist reading the films. The staff members are welcoming and friendly. The care team here is patient, kind, reliable, caring and understanding. About 90% of the patients here are White, 2% Asian, 5% Hispanic, and 3% African American. Around 70% were born in the USA and came to the U.S. before age 12, 80% came from highly educated families, and 70% are financially well off. The place was busy but quiet. You check in either on the kiosk or with the receptionist. I started to check in with the front desk who was friendly. After checking in you just wait to be called. Most of the time they are on time. Even when they were behind schedule, I had to wait for a little while. When you get called you go to a room to be prepped for whatever imaging you are going for. You wait in that room until they are ready to do the imaging. Everyone was attentive and accommodating. I am pleased with the quality of care here and feel comfortable coming here. The Radiologists look at your images thoroughly. Even though I am the only Asian person here for the majority of the time, I felt welcomed, safe, respected, and supported, especially as a person with a disability in that environment. As a person with a degree who values quality Healthcare, I highly recommend this NYU Langone facility.

I by- pass the check in booth because no one was present so I went to the counter and was to go back to the booth. The lady at check in had just returned and she tagged if she could help me and I told her that I had to check in and she got a little rude. Her reply and tone was, I'm helping two people. She could have stated that she will be with me in a moment, a much better reply! I went back to the front desk as I was summoned from the person that sent me a way and he was kind and pleasant to deal with. After check in I dealt with the techs. Tina was the first, giving a mammogram it was a strange experience for me e as a guy but I made it through. Jesse was the sonogram tech. Very pleasant experience and both were giving me information as to what was about to occur. I had to do an chest X-ray and that also went well. I didn't get the text name but he was very apologetic for the delay in the waiting time. He didn't know that they put out charts in door rack. The facility is emaculate and very much in order. We arrived 5-10 minutes early; inside the building we couldn't find the companies name posted anywhere so we called and discovered this company shares space inside of an OB/Gyn office. We were advised to wait a few minutes because they were on their way. The ladies I dealt with were nice. I was advised after the sonogram they couldn't print all the images and we'd have to wait for the regular person who worked there to print them. I was given the DVD, teddy bear and four printouts (had to wait for the CD and other prints). But if you go to OBGYN appointments and specialists appointments, you should be use to "waiting" in the office, there is no such thing as appointments at doctor's offices anymore. The sonographer was sweet and caring. I loved the monitoring room and the soft music they play in the background, so that you can relax. Also the receptionist is young. However, she does the best she can. The receptionist cannot control how "fast" the doctor or the sonographers go. So it is unfair to put any "blame" on her. Overall I would recommend this place. It is an actual Obgyn office and certified personnel. It is clean and the people are kind, caring, and respectful. You can't ask for more. And the pricing is the best I have seen.
