I've been going to Dr. Nadafi for about 15 years now and she's truly the best dentist I've ever had. My parents and siblings have also been seeing her over the years, and we all feel the same. She's amazing at what she does, her quality of work is exceptional, and she's just a genuinely wonderful person to have as your dentist. She's incredibly gentle and has a way of making you feel completely comfortable, so you never dread your dental visits. Her team is equally fantastic. The dental assistant and front desk staff are always kind, accommodating, and incredibly hospitable. They consistently work around our schedules and every visit feels easy, efficient and welcoming. The office is spotless, the equipment is always clean and up to date, and there's plenty of parking available. One thing I really appreciate is how honest she is. She never tries to upsell unnecessary services and always explains everything thoroughly. She's the kind of dentist you want to keep forever. I've moved around quite a bit over the years (LA, SF, etc.), but I continue to come back to Dr. Nadafi, which says everything about her professionalism, her skill, and her character. would absolutely NOT recommend this dental office! I accompanied my 13-year-old daughter to her first appointment at this office and it was incredibly disappointing. Andrea the front office AND dental assistant was rude! You can clearly tell she can't do both. She was trying to process us along with three other patients that were waiting. I should have left but I wanted to give the dentist a try since I saw good reviews. But those are all completely false! I think it is mostly her family giving her five stars! As we went to the back it got even worse. Andrea was taking x-rays and It was very clear that my daughter was having a hard time. I explained to Andrea if she could please be a little bit more empathetic but that went through one ear and out the other. I think she got a joy out of torturing my daughter because she was half smiling the whole time. We were almost done and my daughter couldn't take it anymore so we asked her to get someone else. After that horrible experience I saw the dentist kept walking through the hallways but never made eye contact and never tried to see what was going on. As a dentist that is horrible service. As a human that is horrible! Besides that the office is clearly outdated. They still have paper for everything and the equipment is incredibly outdated. It sounds like they're working on cars not teeth. And by the looks of the doctor she spends more money on plastic surgery then she does her office and staff. Dr. Naddafi, we understand the covid-19 precautions and appreciate it but your staff was rude. Seemed each question we asked was answered with a rude manner. Also, your receptionist said that you DO work on cavities but if you decide on what child to work in or not depending if they move too much. Our child didn't move and you barely took a look at his mouth. We waited a long time for you to barley look at his mouth. So you just decided on not to work on his cavity why? You just made us waste our time. But it's ok we found an amazing general dentist that is working in our son cavities. Where the staff is kind and patient with our questions. "That's why we are here to help the parents and as we their questions" that's what their staff answered as opposite of your staff that was rude and seemed upset with us asking questions. I love my Dentist !I have been seeing Laura Nadafi DDS for about 2 year's now and came here through a recommendation from a friend that I worked with. There were procedures that I wanted to have done and Dr. Nadafi took the time to find out exactly what my needs were and what best would work for me. With every procedure that I've had done over the last 2 year's Dr. Nadafi takes her time to explain what we're doing and makes sure I understand exactly what to expect. She's so gentle yet so thorough. I moved back to San Diego a while ago and I still make the 2.5 hour drive whenever I need to to see her and her wonderful staff. I just got home from my appointment today and had to write this from being genially grateful that even through this awful pandemic the entire office staff make sure that I arrive safe and safely make it home. If you live in Conejo Valley, Dr. Nadafi needs to be your dentist. I've had experiences with over a dozen dentists, oral surgeons, and periodontists. I've been everywhere from Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Woodland Hills, Santa Monica, Brentwood, etc. From tiny shack-offices, to luxury ones with views of the ocean. But by far, the most honest general dentist I have had the pleasure of visiting is Dr. Nadafi. She's incredibly kind and very good at what she does. She goes out of her way to give preventative advice and tips on how to care for oral health in general. Unlike some other dentists I have dealt with, she has never pushed any unnecessary procedures. She's very good at what she does and extremely gentle. Due to all of the positive experiences, my family and I are now loyal patients of Dr. Nadafi. 5 stars hands-down. read more

My first YELP review. Glad it is for Conejo smile dental I have had the pleasure of being a patient of theirs for over 10 years. Never, and I mean NEVER, have I ever received anything less than top notch service. My children have only seen this dentist since birth. They are now 12 and 8. There is nothing but awesome people here. Even if was a primadonna, I wouldn't expect anything more than the best service I have received by this office. On another unrelated note, if it was hot and water was necessary, there are 8 establishments in the shopping center. As a responsible mother, I would have water with me on a hot day to give my kids in the event they were parched. Not calling anyone stupid, just saying. read more

after visiting various dental offices when i relocated after leaving the Army, i came across CSDG. when you first walk in to the office, it was up stairs and through a hallway, which isnt a big deal, but when you're old like me, combat took its toll on my knees, so every step matters. the office is well lit, CLEAN (like sanitary clean). you are greeted and handled by the great Andrea. every step through the cleaning and x-rays was delightful. Dr Laura is so very gentle, i could fall asleep. up to date equipment and process. so far so good. fast forward a year, i brought my wife in after she said she was happy at her dentists office for a second opinion....what a quack. this nut job used up her insurance money for service she didnt get. and received service she didnt need. which is another thing i love, Dr. Laura doesnt up sell anything. and she will get upset if you do not visit her on time and brush your back teeth (it is so cute when she gets mad --it is like yelling at a naughty puppy, too cute) Since then, my wife is happy and content being there. fast forward a couple of years and our family grew by two feet- and another two feet several years later. as a protective....okay OVER-protective father, i was certain that my kids are in the best hands ever. Dr Laura promised me she wouldnt leave the area until at least my youngest reaches of age. until then, we are good. you will not be disappointed. if you have a feeling quite the contrary, please message me and i will straighten you out in person.
