I cannot say enough wonderful things about Captain Kirk and his incredible Condor 40 trimaran, *Dare II*! We took our three girls (ages 3 to 8) on a dolphin tour with Condor Sailing Adventures, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip and one of the best family experiences we've had. I'll admit, as parents, we were a little nervous when we saw the "don't get seasick" disclaimer. I mean... seasickness isn't exactly something you choose. But Captain Kirk and *Dare II* put those worries to rest immediately. This boat is basically the Ferrari of the ocean. It's unbelievably smooth and stable. Even our youngest stayed happy the entire time, laughing, pointing out dolphins, and having zero tummy troubles. I've never experienced anything quite like the way *Dare II* glides across the water. Captain Kirk was fantastic--knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wonderful with kids. He made the whole experience feel personal, relaxed, and fun while making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. We saw so many dolphins up close, and the small group size made it feel special instead of crowded and touristy. And then came the surprise that absolutely made our girls' day. At the end of the tour, Captain Kirk let each of them take a turn at the helm and "drive" this Ferrari of a boat (with his close supervision, of course). Their faces lit up like it was Christmas morning. Watching them steer *Dare II* was the perfect ending to an already magical day. If you're looking for a truly special, family-friendly experience in the Pensacola/Gulf Breeze area, this is it. Captain Kirk and *Dare II* are in a league of their own, and we're already talking about when we can come back. read more

Dare II Experience! We sailed past boatloads of tourists and enjoyed our own personal captain without charter prices. Captain Kirk let each of us take our turn at the tiller, chased and watched some dolphins, provided drinks and snacks, and shared some of his experiences as a professional racer on a unique 40-foot Condor racing trimaran. Racing before the wind, relaxing in adjustable recliners, sitting up on the pontoons watching the water speed by underneath and enjoying the sun & salt spray made for an unforgettable day! Are you ready to take the Dare II? read more

Such an amazing time with Captain Kirk! He is very knowledgeable about his beautiful boat and the Pensacola area. Highly recommend!!

Clean ship and friendly captain. I was expecting to get a little more speed from the ship than we did. However, the people accompanying my friends and I seemed on the timid side, so perhaps Kirk took that into consideration. read more

He is a great host and very helpful for maneuvering around when you want to get up to sit on a hull in front or the bow. The seats were comfy if you just want to relax. I will def go again. His wife answers the phone and is really great too! He gave us a special surprise in the end. Thanks Captain! read more

I was born and raised in Northwest Florida and have played and fished in our beautiful waters for almost 70 years. Never have I enjoyed a time out on our local waters, like I did aboard the extraordinary Condor, Dare II, on Oct.29. Captain Kirk made us comfortable, safe, and entertained. The dolphins put on a few shows and the sunset was spectacular! Everyone needs to get out on the water aboard the Dare II. Locals and visitors, you won't be disappointed! read more

Absolutely incredible sail! We have gone on many sails while on vacation and this was the best one yet! 10/10 would recommend and do again! Captain Kirk (yes, that's really his name) is super friendly and informative. You start with a dockside introduction to the boat, some history of the boat, some safety info, and instruction on where to step and where not, what to grab on to if you need to. Easy instructions-if it's white, you can walk there. From there, step on board and relax. Beautiful views of Pensacola Bay. You can decide if you want sit in a comfy chair or dangle your feet in the water. With a limit of six passengers, it's easy to I've around and experience everything. We went on a choppy day but you wouldn't know it. The boat glided through the water with ease. read more

Captain Kirk is an amazing. The sunset sailing was spectacular! The Condor was smooth sailing

My wife and I sailed with Captain Kirk June 15, 2024 on the afternoon dolphin watch cruise. We had an exceptional experience. Captain Kirk is very knowledgeable and welcoming. We were amazed at the how easily he moved around the boat and his expertise as a sailor. He also encourages you to move around and experience the ride from different areas of the boat. Captain provided us with water and snacks but we also had our bag cooler with our adult beverages. Be prepared to park almost immediately as you cross the bridge to the right. The parking lot for Pier One is immediately after the liquor store. There is also a great little outside bar of the bay side of the liquor store. We are planning our next adventure with Captain Kirk during a sunset cruise. Thanks Captain. read more

Where do I start! The morning of our cruise-A storm was forecasted and I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to go on our 2p cruise and had planned in calling Whitney to inquire, just then my phone rang and Captain Kirk was on the other end...They called me, to say it was a maybe and would call me back by 12:45p with a for sure...I just thought was amazing customer service! The cruise-What a beautiful boat, we had some chop and there was no leaning and no sea sickness, smooth as silk. My parents l, who are both in their 70's were able to move about the boat with no problem and we were very comfortable the entire time! We were tended to the entire time and asked if we needed or wanted anything. The Captain-so enjoyable, he never forgot our names or the other couple (who we forgot were there) and took picture the whole time on my phone--what a gift it was to get home see all those pictures . Very knowledgeable and capable sailor with a fantastic personality! The settle up-We finished the cruise and went back up to the marina and when Captain Kirk piled out the paper framed pics I was prepared to purchase a memory photo, but there was no nickel and dime-ing us, they were included in the price! Condor also honors the military with a 10% price reduction! Whitney and Captain Kirk made our Condor sailing trip an incredible adventure!! Thank you read more

What an awesome trip! Captain Kirk really knows sailing. After leaving the dock and putting up the sails we were free to walk around the boat. We rode on the front, enjoyed a snack and drink and got to steer the boat. Captain Kirk graciously answered all questions and I learned a great deal about sailing. Excellent trip! If you are on the fence, do not be! Go ahead and book your trip now! You will have a great time! We will be returning soon!!! read more

Cóndor sailing was an amazing experience! I highly recommend them for your next sailing adventure! Captain Kirk was very welcoming, professional and had great communication. Before our trip, there was a lot of rain that day and kept us informed about what time to be there and when the storm would clear up. Another plus about the trip is how stable the sail boat is! There was very little lean on the boat and the boat takes the waves extremely well providing great stability. This felt like a private sailing trip for my husband and I. It was the perfect way to celebrate our first year anniversary. Overall, the experience was a 100/10. read more

Captain Kirk and his Condor trimaran, Dare ll, are a first class operation. From the email they send you before your sail, (giving all info before your trip) a safety talk and history of boat and how it all works and totally fabulous trip! Amazingly so smooth you can walk all over the boat from bow to stern. No seasickness! Beautiful sailboat and great amenities. Highly recommend. We went from 11-2pm sail. Can't wait to do a sunset sail with Captain Kirk! read more

Can I give more than 5 stars?? We vacation at Pensacola every summer, and cannot believe it took us so long to sail on the majestic Condor! What a TREAT! Captain Kirk is a wealth of knowledge and makes the experience so enjoyable! On the ride you can move around freely to enjoy the ride on the trampoline, bow, or seats. We even got to steer the Dare II! If you are in the area, we HIGHLY recommend doing this. We will come back every summer from now on!! read more

I've taken sailing lessons and I much prefer to be a passenger! The Dare is a beautiful trimaran sailboat (Condor 40) and Capt Kirk is a talkative, knowledgeable, helpful captain. He loves his boat and to share his passion with his guests. He'll also take the pictures you want in between tacks and steering! He really did think of everything: wine glasses, cork screw(s), blankets, comfy moveable lounge chairs for the trampoline deck/surface to just sit back and enjoy the ride in luxuriously. Seriously an enjoyable experience that I'd recommend for lovers, great friends, and families or just about anyone that likes a good relaxing view and enjoys being on the water. Tips: -Bring a jacket, the sailboat can go like the wind and it can get chilly when you are underway. -You may get wet slightly so plan for that as a possibility. -There is a bathroom on board, it's a small and uncomfortable marine toilette so remember that when you are downing the wine! read more

This makes the 2nd time we have been on a cruise with Condor. Captain Kirk is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always has safety in mind. Our first trip was last year when we did the Blue Angels practice show. It was phenomenal!! This year, the wind didn't cooperate much, and was a bit of trouble. Nothing dangerous, just aggravating. It was a beautiful sunset. If you like boating and have no boat, they are a great way to sail around the sound and perhaps see dolphin, and the beauty around. read more

Amazing trip! Captain Kirk was just great! Highly recommend Condor Sailing.

My husband and I went out on a whim after finding on Yelp and couldn't have been happier. We went on the sunset cruise and there was only 2 other people. It is basically a private boating experience. We love boating, but have never sailed and it was exhilarating! I get very motion sick usually so I was happy to not feel any waves and have a smooth ride. We've done other boating excursions and sunset cruises. I liked this better because you could move freely, hear great stories from the captain, dip your toes in the water and no annoying drunks! Plus, he brought us cupcakes from a local bakery! A night to remember!!! read more

While visiting my family in Florida, one of my aunts and I decided to try something new together. We were fortunate enough to find an ad for Condor Sailing Adventures and booked a sunset sail for the following day. I highly recommend this trip for anyone visiting Pensacola Beach or the surrounding area as it's relaxing and exciting, especially considering each trip offers a variety of differences depending on the time of day you sail. Booking was very simple and upon meeting Captain Kirk we felt comfortable as he is very knowledgeable, sociable and confident. He's very happy to chat with guests and share his knowledge of the area, the condor sail boat, etc. I felt at ease with Captain Kirks confidence in and will certainly sail with him again when visiting the area. read more

Captain Kirk is awesome!!!! The cruise was a surprise gift for Mother's Day and I have to admit I was a bit hesitant since it is not a cruise ship. But this was Wonderful . Our gentle and knowledgeable Captain Kirk explained how to move where to stand and how every thing worked . We were safe and well cared for. Once we revived the safety briefing we were off on a great sailing trip. No worries about feeling seasick or excessive movement it was really smooth and great. The breeze was wonderful and it was just so very relaxing. I look forward to taking another sunset ride with Captain Kirk in July!!! Do not fear being on the water with Captain Kirk his ship and careful guidance will make you a willing passenger and a person who will not fear being in out on the water. read more

great time! cap'n kirk is great, boat is smooth, no sea sickness! just about the right amount of time - 2 hours is all you need

We had the best time with Captain Kirk. Called the morning of just to check if they had opening and they did.

A little late but I had to give my absolute five star rating to Captain Kirk and his wife for my daughters 25th birthday sail! Both my kids (22 and 25) loved this adventure! It was so peaceful gliding out in to gulf! Captain Kirk played the boat a bit to allow us viewing of the dolphins swimming. We pretty much free movement on the boat and both my kids saddled the front end, were given the opportunity to captain the boat, and learned about sailing. It is clearly Captain Kirk's passions and we thank you for sharing it! Also special thanks to Mrs. Kirk for the awesome surprise gourmet birthday cupcakes! It was glorious and one of the most relaxing times we've ever had. Will do it 100% again!!! read more
