We had a great time parasailing with Radical Rides! It was easy to make the reservation on their website. It was supposed to rain during our reserved time, so Radical Rides called me to reschedule a better time. We enjoyed watching the other people on our boat take their turns and just getting to be in the boat and see the shoreline. Chandler and Randy were fun and made sure everyone was safe. The ride itself was smooth and although my husband is usually nervous around heights, he did fine with the parasail! My husband and I parasailed with radical rides and must I say it was amazinggg!!! They gave us thorough instructions on the procedure as well as safety instructions. The view from up top was amazing man. Worth every dime and it wasn't too expensive. It was a little less than $200 after taxes and fees for us both. To top it all off, pictures were included and we didn't even know it. They send them right to your email while you're still in the air. All the slots were filled for jet skiing but let me note some of the things that I saw that I liked. At this location the drift time (the jet ski has to float until it reaches a certain distance in the water before you can actually drive) was much shorter than the jet skiing in Destin. In Destin it took about 10/15 minutes to float to our designated area. Here at radical rides... it literally took two minutes here, so the riders had a lot more time to enjoy themselves. The most important detail for last......the fish!!!!!! It was sooo many big FISH in the water at the Destin location. That really just ruined my whole experience there. I thought if I fell off I was definitely a GONER. If you're comfortable with the sea life go for it! I almost passed out seeing a fish as long as me swim by me and my husband. Oh and the stingray we ran into just sat up under the jet ski for a cool minute or so. I thought standing up would've made me safer, but I almost flipped us off the jet ski. I shed a tear in the middle of the ocean in Destin but radical rides gave me hope again. At radical rides they tell you that they place you in shallow water to avoid interactions with big fish. I didn't appreciate how I wasn't accommodated with a refund, partial refund, or rescheduled for a different time when it's storming in Pensacola but Sunny in Gulf Breeze which caused a delay in me getting there on time. I'll suggest not booking in advance because if not on time they won't help you in anyway to accommodate your services. Paying in full and not being able to pay at-least a deposit is ridiculous. read more

Great rental company. We could've gone to two different places for jet skiing and parasailing, but honestly this company offers such great prices and customer service, why bother? One thing I really like about them is that they have a 'pre-pay and save' option. For parasailing, when you pre pay, it comes out to be $40/pp, as opposed to $50. There's also a discount for jet skis. This sounds weird, but after visiting other establishments, I really appreciate their parking lot here. They have plenty of parking and reserved signs. I doubt anyone ever has a problem with parking here. If you aren't able to pre-pay and save, they also had a deal running around Easter time (I'm assuming for all holidays as well). That deal was the same deal as their pre-pay & save option. The employees are super helpful and chill. Really educate you about the jet ski and what/what not to do. For anyone that doesn't know, in the state of Florida, for those born on or after January 1, 1988, you're required to have your boater's license to operate a jet ski. They offer the exam here and it's pretty simple. It costs $3/pp and if you're sharing a jet ski, only one person needs to get it. read more

Took 10 of us out for a very cool ride - groups of 3 or 2 can go up at a time and it's about 10 minutes on a 1000 foot rope and flying 600 feet over the water. Booked 2 jet ski rentals through their online site. However, upon arrival we were checked in for parasailing. Waited about 30 mins before realizing the company mixed up our reservation. The employees there were very nice and accommodating to us. We received a refund for one ride. We also jet ski together and separately for all of their confusion. Total wait time span longer than 1 hr after all the mix up however we didn't notice and were highly satisfied with our rides and the way the company handle the situation.
