I would, however, caution anyone renting a space here that you wait until near the end of your rental month to vacate the space. Also, leave the lock on your rental space until you are certain that you are through with it. We had taken everything out of our space and because it was empty, did not lock it. We had nearly a month left on our pre-paid rental, so I thought that maybe we could store something else there. A few days later, we decided we didn't need it, so I went there to notify the office that we were done using it. I was informed by the woman there that they "already knew that" and had already rented it to someone else who was currently using it. I was informed that my final invoice had already been mailed. I guess it was a good thing that I didn't bring anything else to store there. When I received my final invoice, there was no pro-rated refund of rent paid, even though it was exactly one week into the current rental month the day I received the invoice, effectively I paid a month's rent for 7 days of availability to our storage space. If not for the way our vacating of the space was handled, I would have given them 5 stars. I recommend them for storing your things, just be aware to keep your lock on!

Last week I emailed the business because our extended warranty people were at the house 4 times in 2 weeks and didn't fix the entire issue so I figured I'd pay out of pocket for a repairman I thought I could trust. Arrived per his appointment that week and did a quick review and said it was the board even though the board was changed out by the warranty workers less than 6 months ago. But these two workers were at the house 4 times in 2 weeks and were young and inexperienced, so I figured they didn't know what they were doing, and they didn't. Emailed this company and he comes out, we chatted since we always liked Erik and him being down to earth and brutally honest; he stopped by last Friday and replaced the board for our 5-year-old GE profile front load washer, started a cycle quickly and viewed it for a minute than left. The next morning, I started a load of clothes only to have the washer "cancel" after 3 minutes and I tried every cycle with the same result. Emailed their business 3 times, once May 23rd I believe and twice yesterday just asking if he was waiting on input from GE and if would be back out to get the washer working after I paid him $575.00 for a board that he said was the issue, which it wasn't. As of this morning still no reply back telling us he would diagnose and fix it or if it was even worth fixing. I wish I would've read the reviews before I reached out to this company and now, I'm out $575, almost 3 weeks with no washer and now I either have to find a knowledgeable repairman who can determine if it's worth fixing or if I should just buy a new washer after it cost 1600 exactly 5 years ago. And another 575 for a repair that was either incorrect or is still the issue, but I won't know until I hire another appliance repair person. So very disappointed in this contractor, and with all the contractors for the most part anymore that we have hired and dealt with in Ocean County NJ over the last 22 years.

We made clear that we needed it installed and that we would have the key holder open the house for the install. This was not a problem and is the norm for the area. 4 Shore the installer came out and measured, said that they would build a base due to the smaller height, and would have it in within one to two weeks. The oven arrived, installer picked it up, called to inform us that they needed to build a base - (that was to be done prior to coming out). The office worker was rude and made it sound like it was our fault. The next appointment was cancelled after via text following the timeslot with regards giving no idea when they would back. The office worker again was rude and told us we could get another installer if we desired. The third install appointment was missed, we called and were told someone went home sick. We were told that we would have to be present for the install to happen, they were not going to have to keep coming back. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH JOHNSON'S AND THEIR INSTALLER 4SHORE APPLIANCE

    extremely rude customer service. through Lowe's we ordered a dishwasher to be installed and 6…read moreweeks later we we're given a delivery window. after the window of time passed with no communication we were told they would not be waiting for Lowe's to pull the dishwasher and would reschedule again for weeks later. we went to pick up the dishwasher ourselves at that point and it was ready to go. the manager said their installer waited less than ten minutes at 5:30 at night for someone to assist him when installers are supposed to arrive in the AM for product. mind you our delivery window was 1:30- 4:30. Lowe's refunded us the delivery fee and brought it to our car. the whole process was less than 15 minutes proving the Installer was not truthful. hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with.
