Spilt a bit of my drink that had blue curaçao in it on my dress, so me and my girlfriend went to the bathroom to clean up, while my husband waited outside. The bouncer decided to push his way into the women's restroom and forcefully grabbed my arm while I was next to the sink and tried to drag me out, my husband had to bust in to get him to let go of me. However the bartenders although "eye candy" are more concerned with walking around and dancing than helping bar customers. I was asked to leave the premises after a complaint was made about me by another patron, despite me not doing anything wrong. I believe this differential treatment was due to my ethnicity. Every time I have visited this establishment, I have felt unwelcome and treated differently than other patrons. I went here with some friends for the Texas OSU game. There is a free parking garage attached on the backside. They do play the sound for the game and music during commercials which I appreciate but they are not very consistent at turning the game sound back on when the commercials are over. Had a few Jameson's $12.00 each which is typical for the area. The table was so sticky even after it was wiped down with a towel that we literally put napkins down on the table as no one wanted to touch it. They explained that they are a club at night... which is fine but you still need to clean your tables lol. I was starving and did end up getting their Egg Sandwich with hashbrowns $15.00. This surprised me as it was actually pretty good. It came out open faced but had an egg on both so I ate it like toast. The hashbrowns had almost no browning in them at all though. The service was also inconsistent but I figured it would be at a place like this. Our server sometimes disappeared randomly and was terrible at pre-bussing our table. I am pretty sure I had a completely empty drink at least 5 times. My favorite part was that the manager stopped by and I asked for more water and he literally did not even acknowledge me at all, obviously did not get more water. She gave us the choices, We chose to have a table not the bar. Zoey was our server an she was thee best. She was experienced, nice, friendly, funny, attentive, and overall her hospitality was on point. Food :our Fried pickles were more saltier than I'd expected but that's a Texas thing with everything extra salty. IF I COULD DO ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I don't even know where to begin. This was, hands down, one of the most humiliating and infuriating experiences I've ever had at an establishment that claims to be "upscale." From the moment we arrived, the energy from the staff was hostile and condescending not welcoming in the slightest. But it only got worse. We were abruptly approached and told our valid, government-issued IDs were fake which they absolutely were NOT. Instead of taking a moment to verify or handle the situation respectfully, we were treated like criminals and thrown out without any explanation or apology. The way we were spoken to was degrading, dismissive, and entirely uncalled for. It was clear that we were profiled and targeted, while others were allowed in without even a second glance. There was no reason for the way we were treated other than pure bias. I am disgusted by the behavior of this staff and the culture this place seems to breed. Rude, disrespectful, and discriminatory. There is absolutely no excuse for it, and I will never step foot in Concrete Cowboy again nor will I recommend it to anyone who expects even a shred of decency or professionalism. They attempted to confiscate my friend's valid, state-issued ID, and instead of owning their mistake, they escalated the situation by calling the police. all to "verify" an ID that was clearly authentic. Came here to eat during the market Service with family figuring they had a little something for everyone in a large group. We were seated right away and instantly disappointed by the service. They were extremely slow despite being almost completely empty. Food came out in stages separated by several minutes leaving some of us with the choice of waiting until our food got cold or eating separate from everyone else. We ended up having one meal completely missing and so forgotten that it came out when we were done with eating. Even after the slow service and missing food, we waited for the check as we watched the wait staff just gathered and chatting. Oblivious to the fact they were indeed working and people were waiting.
