There's a sign that says you have to honk. It's quite tucked away. The place is located on the corner of Sample/Sheridan, the entrance is a small driveway off of Sheridan. Pull up to the closed garage door and follow the sign: honk your horn and wait. They'll open up the door soon enough and wave for you to drive in. From there you can choose your services: a basic car wash includes vacuuming all but the trunk. You will need to take your stuff off the floor though or they'll ignore those spots. The trunk is additional to the posted $15. The wheels weren't washed, but the body was fine and their shop vac did justice to my husky's fur on my dark seats! I also added a small tip for their quick and efficient service! (And for making it out there alive!)

I washed my car today and you wouldn't even be able to tell. I'm so disappointed. First they changed it from daily wash package to "every other day" even though the price did NOT go down lol but I was okay with that had they not changed up the wash. The only positive thing about the new wash is the lines go faster. But the quality is completely gone. I'm so sad they changed up bc it's so convenient and close to home but I'll drive across town to get what I pay for. I really wish they would have never changed. The old wash kept my car sparkling and clean. This new wash they installed is absolutely terrible & I know I can't be the only one who's noticed the downfall of the quality. They have however always been pleasant to work with and so friendly which makes me even more sad to end my membership.

They ordered my cover. I took it down to them on a Friday morning. Let it sit there all day went down to pick it up and I noticed that they had not undercoat inside of the cab or the doors or anything so he told me that it was made out of aluminum. Then he got a magnet and figured out that it was not so I had to take it back in on a Monday morning to get the cab indoors coded and doing so they got spray all over the outside of my cab which they wiped down, which was OK but the gentleman who was doing it had undercoating on his clothes. Got to drive my truck out and left a big old black smudge on the back of my seat now granted this truck is only got 100 miles on it so they took it back in and did some stuff to get it out. Put a seat cover on it for me so I could drive home and when it dried, there was still a black Ish mark on my seat my wife and I worked on it to get it out. There's still a little bit there, but it's so light. You can hardly see it now, but that is not the point the point is my brand new car is got a stain in the seat because of what these guys did I don't know if they did a good job under recording it or not you gotta take it back in every year to get it touched up which they gave me a free one because of the trouble that I had and I'm wondering how many people have had your cars and trucks undercoating and they forgot to do a whole section of it and nobody really knows it. I noticed it because I kind of knew what I was looking for, but I bet you a lot of people really don't they seem to make good on what they did. It was a big ordeal over two days and like I said they got stain on my seat. I am not happy. My truck has got 165 miles on it and I got a stain in the seat already.
