Come to find out everything that she didn't need to pass the inspection was pushed on her in a way that seemed it needed to be done in order to pass. Easy target! a young lady that has no idea what's going on, just a big heart and almost too much trust. With prices not being crystal clear and picking at stuff that has nothing to do with passing the inspection, that the set appointment was clearly for. They just sat her in the waiting room for 3 hours. I am beyond pissed I called to see if anything could be un done but the gentleman on the phone just pushed it off and proceeded to say you saved $90 with the military discount. Hats off to you ass hole. I'll make sure I spread the word. You really didn't help the right person today! taking the only money we had to complete our payment towards our mortgage . In no time ur shop and job will be a dollar general. Merry Christmas I would suggest anyone even considering sending a loved one to get even something as simple as a free inspection. to take a hard right in the opposite direction! go to an actual shop where they care and can put them selves in ur shoes and do what's only necessary. We had a tow truck on the way to the shop with the car when we learned they would not be able to fix it until at least Tuesday. She lives alone and needs her car, but they are closed on Sunday and were booked on Monday. We got the tires replaced Sunday at a Sam's Club a mile away. Paid a Little less and have a shop open 7 days a week.

He specified to the salesman he needed a new work truck why would they sell an extended warranty if it can't be used. After a lot of calls no calls back he had to go in, they recommend he bring it up and they would work on the truck and bill him, he obviously doesn't trust them at this point who knows what the bill would be He is on social security and in his 70's so money is tight.
