I had some health issues that knocked me out of my workout routines for almost a year, and completing my second online degree in the wee hours kept adding to pounds/inches. And being 51, menopause, auggh. I knew myself well enough that I needed a boost to get me moving in the right direction. I'm now on my second unlimited month package for Torc/Sauna. This location has awesome staff and management; so friendly and they really know the machines well for getting great results. I'm so much more relaxed now, and stronger in all the areas we treat. The "stress fat pillow" that had grown over my abs is disappearing and the techs can totally tell differences with each session. Bonus...since I'm out of school, I've been able to read 8 books (for fun!) while the Torc does the work! I'm also drinking tons of water; trying to eat healthy as well.
