We had a couple and it was spongy on the bottom and sweet and crusty on top...a delicious dessert....something very much Granada (even though it really started in the town of Santa Fe, not far from Granada). The cashier/owner/person who took our order and made our food and took our money s really chill and friendly too. It's not too expensive either; the combo was €4.30 + €0.40 for the cheese + €0.80 for the ham, which came out to be €5.50 for a very satisfactory meal.
