I have used this facility for 11 years for my annual DOT physical which I need for my CDL drivers license. I have never had a problem. Yes, you might need to wait now and then, but nothing drastic. I've had to come here twice in the past 2 weeks for job related tests. These ladies are on top of it. I was seen so fast, that I was actually able to get these things done on my work break. One of the days I came for an X-ray and all their computers were down. These ladies still had everything running smoothly. This place is so inconsistent and such a waste of time. Waiting 2 hours when you have a scheduled appointment is insane. Not sure how it takes the physician here 2 hours to perform a physical. Furthermore their front desk staff is rude and prejudice only being polite to black patrons and having an attitude with all Hispanic and Caucasian patients. I honestly hate when my travel agency sends me to this urgent care to do any pre-employment stuff. I get that it can be busy, but to wait over an hour for service that should not take long (ex: respirator testing) is ridiculous. I work in the hospital and it takes less than 10 minutes. If it was where the hospital at my next assignment did not require a different type of respirator than what I normally use, I would not have stepped foot at this urgent care. Could have been better. Slogan of this location apparently. Went in on a Thursday morning when they opened near 8am. Checked in for my pre-employment physical and drug screening. Was not placed in a room until 10:45am. Sat in the lobby from 8am - 10:45am ... waiting to just be moved! Okay, benefit of the doubt. They were apparently short staffed. Fine. I get it. Most of the country is at this time apparently. I get seated in one of the rooms. The nurse who brought me back was literally brand new. May have even been their first day on the job. I was coming in for very specific testing, screenings, and drug test for pre-employment. This nurse had no idea what they were doing. Halfway through the main course of testings, one of the doctors stopped them and did some follow up tests to ensure the testing was being done properly. Shocker... it wasn't! They had to go back and retest EVERYTHING I had already complete because it was incorrectly performed by the nurse, wasting even MORE time. Following all the tests, screenings, and drug test, the doctor was very unprofessional in downgrading the nurse and making them feel awful right in front of me and other staff. The doctor did their job well and efficiently to get caught back up, but NOT professional in putting their nurse down like that. I left around 1pm. I came in around 8am. That is 5 HOURS to pee in a cup, get an x-ray of my chest, do a hearing test, sight test, and physical. That's NUTS! I absolutely understand it's a walk-in facility. Totally get that. If there is an extended wait, PLEASE let your patients know when they check in. I could have gone home and come back. I could have gone and had breakfast with someone in the meantime. I could have been doing something else with that time. POSITIVES (because this wasn't a full negative experience): This location was very clean behind the doors in the patient rooms. The staff (that was working that day) were friendly to the patients. I didn't feel pushed or forced to do something I wasn't comfortable doing outside of my range for the tests. This location is definitely not a minute-clinic situation. If you're getting employed for many occupations and need a physical or drug screening, you'll need to go to a clinic like this though. Occupational injuries are also checked here if not life threatening. Bring something to do if you plan to wait to be seen. read more

Have had to use them twice in the last 3 months. The first time it was a 2 hr appointment for a work physical with blood work and drug screening. There was an "issue" with my blood and had to go back to have it redone. The 2nd time, was for the same thing and the appointment took 3 hours! I arrived at 8:20 and they didn't even register me until 8:40. When I inquired why so long I was told it's because there is only 1 provider. I don't think that's the whole reason! I got there on a Saturday morning just before they opened at 8am. I was in the exam room by 8:45 waiting for the doctor, only the doctor never showed up for work. They refunded my money and told me to go to the Concentra in Halethorpe. I drove 30 minutes and had to wait for over an hour before seeing a doctor. They screwed up and should have expedited my visit with the doctor. Never again. I will go somewhere else for a simple DOT physical. read more

I came in filled out the necessary paperwork I waited over an hour and still was not seen then people came in after me and they were called to go in before me. When I enquired they I said people who are injured get seen first. I only needed an exam and drug test so I have to wait. Recently in town for a lacrosse tournament, my son had a foot injury and needed an X-ray. Concentra was the only facility close to our hotel that offered x-ray. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. He was seen quickly and received comprehensive care. Thankful to all of the staff that offered support to make his visit as stress free as possible. I walked in after being hurt at work (my back). I could barely stand and only went here because my job recommended going here. The receptionist asked if it was a work injury and when I told her yes, she told me to wait to sign in. She asked if I had faxed anything to them from my job. I had no idea any of that was necessary. She said they couldn't do anything until they had paperwork from the job. It was already 3pm and knowing my job, the people that do this were on their way out the door. I told her this, and that I was in pain, but she insisted they couldn't do anything without that paperwork. I ended up leaving without being seen and found a less greedy place to go to. read more

If I could give them a Zero, I would. I honestly would avoid coming to this location. I can't pinpoint if it's the lack of Customer service, task -related problems related to the employee's behavior, or biasness. But I visited this place a little over 2 weeks ago. I went there for Pre-employment because this was the vendor that my "employer" had contracted with and obviously the company mission and vision align with together. However, before I came to this location I called them because my company didn't include the set time or date for the location to complete a T-spot. Upon arriving I asked the front desk attendant "Abby" if she was sure I could complete everything on my pre employment list at that time because other locations specified that they stopped. She checked with someone and confirmed. I drove to the location and was unpleasantly greeted by "Jennifer/Jessica". Let me addd that this woman treated me like I was taking up her time. She asked what I was there for and I told her Pre-employment. She stated that they don't take T-Spotting after 3-4P.M. I told her that "Ally" informed me, she interrupted me in the mist and said "ABBY" (Uninterested Voice). I corrected myself and continued and told her that she confirmed with someone here that they accept T-SPotting and I ask for that specific reason. I wasted my time coming up there. So I receive no apology, just an uninterested personality. After that I was given forms to fill out. Then was told that I had to complete a online medical history in a place with little service. I came back to "ABBY" and ask if they have a paper copy. She told me she had to wait for JESSICA/JENNIFER. I was already there for and hour and half. At another location I was able to still get seem without fully completing it. After that I got up and told them I had to go I have no more time to wait. But before I left I asked Abby for her name. This is before I knew who she was. She stated her name. Then I asked for the other young lady I pointed to her as she was in the far left corner coming into the Center, she told me her name was Jennifer/Jessica. I then left. LET ME TELL YOU! How Jessica/ Jenniffer, who acted as the intern manager while the original manager was on vacation, called my employer acquisition specialist and told them I cursed them out. I informed my employer that it was untrue. But in short, I lost a job before getting it. I contacted her boss the next business day which was the following week on a Monday and explained to them the situation, she even act as if it didn't matter and stated that ABBY is new. But that doesn't excuse the fact that she gave me the wrong information a and after that they gave poor customer service. So If you're thinking about complaining of service your best bet is to give them reviews and contact BBB. This lady doesn't deserve to have employment if this is how she is treating people. To be persisted, Abby looks to be 5'4 dark hair at least 20-29 range new employee, and Jennifer is about 5'7 Blonde hair dark eye looks to be in her 30's who appear to have longevity with the company. Please beware, I wouldn't want anyone like that reviewing my medical information at all. They should be forever ashamed that they can be comfortable and lie to a company knowing that they give horrible service. I can only imagine what more she can do. And if it's a sense of biasness I suggest that the company do an internal audit, performance improvement evaluation, review complaints, and cultural training. If this is the culture of the company I'm sure that this is an embedded issue. And in this day and age this shouldn't be occurring, we should all be equal to receive quality service. read more

NEVER ever go to this urgent care center for any time of lab work. I went in for a pre-employment drug screen and they promised me they would have the results in 2-3 days, when in fact they took 2 WEEKS to get my results after I called 12 times. Furthermore, when I did get my results back, there was an error which took ANOTHER 1 WEEK for them to fix, after another 15 phone calls. Also each time I would call they would keep me on hold for 10-15 minutes and would hang up on me rudely. And they never returned any of my messages in a timely fashion. Terrible customer service.
