Avoid this location I've waited 3 hours for a drug screening and physical. The doctor is 100 years old and can barley walk.

Dr Mehdi immediately was dismissive of my complaints, came into the room conducted a physical exam which consisted of listening to my heart & breathing through my sweatshirt and feeling the lymph nodes in my neck. He did not look in my ears or throat. He proclaimed that I had a cold and wanted to send me home. He also denied the order of the flu test saying "we haven't seen any flu". I asked to see another physician for a more thorough exam to which I was denied. They sent in a nurse manager who explained that I cannot see another doctor and Dr Mehdi said I needed to go elsewhere. I spoke to her for 30 minutes and begged her to run my flu test and to see another physician. They eventually ran my flu test but denied me a more thorough exam. Dr Mehdi also denied a CBC (blood test) and said I'd have to order that on my own elsewhere. I immediately went to seek care from another medical facility which I was provided adequate care and was diagnosed with STREP group A & prescribed antibiotics within 20 minutes of the exam which included looking at my ears nose and throat. Be warned. Dr Medhi is an incredibly arrogant and pompous physician. He is more concerned with being correct than doing his job. What type of physician denies a flu test? Look no further than the reviews here. I wasn't the first patient he missed the diagnosis of.

There were a surprisingly high number of patients waiting to be seen but we got in. Lindsey did the first set of X-rays and I was so impressed with the care and communication she gave the both of us the whole time. We even got a sticker of her cat miss Norris and we were told they are a hot commodity. I believe it. I hate that I didn't completely catch our nurses name working with doctor Washington- Kayla, Kaylee, Caitlin?! I'm so sorry!!! But she was so great throughout the whole night with my daughter and even gave her a brown bear at the end with a splint and cast on the same arm my daughter left with one. Ded. Dr Washington you were also very kind and thank you for doing your best to put the broken bones into place. We had a long visit but the care was superb so 5 stars to the whole staff. So so impressed and made the emergency visit less painful. Also note to the world- monkey bars are horrible and I shake both my fists at them.

I gave birth to my daughter, Kinley, by C-section on April 10, 2026, which was much earlier than her estimated due date of May 4. As a first-time mom at 36 years old, I was nervous, emotional, and honestly scared stepping into such a big and unexpected moment. But from the minute I was checked in there, I felt so thoroughly, thoughtfully, and genuinely cared for. What could have been overwhelming turned into a beautiful, peaceful, and deeply supported birth and recovery experience. I did not have any hospital bags so early and they had everything I could need and more! My stay was four days in a beautiful private room, and I am so grateful for how comfortable, safe, and cared for I felt the entire time. The hospital itself was clean, calm, and beautiful, and that really mattered during such a vulnerable and life-changing experience. It gave me such a sense of peace. What stood out most to me was the incredible staff. Every single nurse, doctor, hospital staff member, and person who came in to check on me or my daughter was kind, gentle, respectful, and compassionate. I never felt like just another patient. I felt seen, cared about, and truly looked after. I especially want to recognize Sydney and Jill, who were both amazingly kind, fun, attentive, genuine, and just wonderful human beings. They helped make such a scary and emotional experience feel smooth, safe, and even joyful. They were so patient with me as a nervous first-time mom healing from a C-section, and they were incredibly encouraging and informative without ever making me feel silly or behind. I felt empowered and encouraged. They taught me so much, helped me feel more confident, and brought such warmth into the room. I truly hope other moms get the chance to have nurses like them. I also want to mention my last nurse on discharge day, who helped with the car seat and made such a sweet final impression on me. She was wonderful, helpful, and caring, and it meant so much to end our stay with that same level of kindness and support. Most importantly, the care my daughter Kinley received was amazing. Watching how gently, carefully, and lovingly she was handled and brought into this world is something I will never forget. That means everything to a mother. I felt like both of us were in such good hands the entire time. I could not have asked for a smoother experience, especially considering how unexpected it all was. Providence St. Vincent gave me a birth story and recovery experience that I will always look back on with gratitude. Thank you for helping make one of the biggest days of my life feel beautiful, safe, and full of care. I wholeheartedly recommend Providence St. Vincent to any expecting mother or family. I will always remember how loved and supported we felt there. I know I will never forget this day and the days following my swift and smooth discharge with my new baby daughter, but I will ESPECIALLY never forget the amazing women who helped me through walk into motherhood for the first time with such care and compassion. It was truly more special than I could have ever even planned. The office also moved things along so quick and organized I never even had a chance to feel overwhelmed, was just able to focus on loving and caring for my daughter.

Express care is less expensive than an urgent care and was just a copay on my insurance. I was told that they deal with less urgent matters and are comprised primarily of physician assistants and nurse practitioners as opposed to doctors. They do not have a lab and do not do UTI testing here (you must go to a stand alone clinic- not an express care inside a Walgreens). I believe my PA's name was Kyle. He and the medical assistant were so friendly and nice! They were able to flush my ear out and I was able to finally hear again! The only downside to the clinic is that it is a little small, so small that you might miss it. It is located to the right of the pharmacy. There is a tiny waiting area of about 4-5 chairs outside two exam rooms. I was just glad there is an alternative to urgent care where you have to sit in a waiting area full of sick people. Here you can schedule your exam ahead of time online and get in and out a lot quicker!

Patients and providers were going in and out of the two rooms, but no one acknowledged my family. A little after 8PM my husband finally was able to talk to the provider who told him that their appt. system was down, and now that it was after 8PM they were closed and we'd need to reschedule her appt. What? Even if the system was down, it was obvious that they'd been sitting in the waiting area for over 30 mins. Disappointed and frustrated.

The PCPs I and my partner have dealt with refuse to touch psych meds. They don't care about suicide risk or self-harm, they will do everything in their power to avoid touching your care and they will not help with medications, referrals, or safe hand-offs. My partner's PCP actively argued with him and tried ending a video appointment early when he said he was actively suicidal and was having a panic attack. QA and "patient advocates" were notified - nothing. Chronic pain? After several escalations, we had a nice chat with the head clinician where we were told to our faces that we're "addicted to not being in pain", after the PCP refused referrals to rheumotology, neurology, and other related diagnostics for non-medical reasons like they're "overbooked", "radiation", "they'll try the same meds we are". A request for a pain management referral was redirected to a rehab clinic. Ongoing extreme pain associated with on-file and documented conditions yielded a naloxone prescription for 'pain relief'. Apparently we're drug-seeking tweakers, so we don't deserve to have second opinions or individualized assessments/care. Need testosterone but the Trans Care Specialist is already abandoning and abusing your partner for the same issues? Not our problem. Either keep using the abusive trans care specialist we have or we'll force you to go to OHSU for any trans care at all, period, even when we prescribe hormones to cis people without requiring off-site specialists and hoops. Because "I'm not familiar or comfortable" with doing my job because trans people are complicated and difficult to deal with.

She never called. The next day I called the clinic to tell them about the situation and the receptionist on the following day was quite rude and short though I was being very kind and grounded about it and I was just asking for a solution.
