Well I don't understand the negative comments. I was able to walk-in do the paper work do my TB and physical exam. With 1 and 30 min. The staff were super friendly and the doctor Dimitri was cool!. Some people just need to relax the service that you expect to receive I hope that's the same service you give to your customer if you have a business! I wish I read the reviews before scheduling my appointment here but it seems the previous reviews were correct. I waited 1.5 hours even with an appointment on a late Wednesday afternoon, just to be seen for less than 10 minutes. Just be prepared people-- apparently they are busy at all hours of the days, all days of the week. The only reason this place deserves any stars at all is because of Brittany (Brittney?). She gave me the most painless shot and drew my blood quickly and without much pain. I'm a nurse and have had really painful shots from people before so this says something ! No one likes going to the doctor, but i honestly look forward to my physical therapy sessions. I hurt my back at work and tried healing on my own. Unfortunately that wasn't working, I tried the chiropractor acupuncture I even bought multiple different things off of Amazon to help my back. None of it helped. I went through workmans comp and was seen by Dr. John's. Shes was great, real straight forward and to the point which i really like. They set me up with a legit medication plan and physical therapy. My first session with Dr Shen was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. After 5 sessions i honestly can't believe how amazing i feel. I really owe it to their team. The nice young lady at the physical therapy desk always says hello, is helpful and always sends you a reminder a day in advance of an appointment. 5 stars all day. So I'm currently sitting waiting and waiting my appointment it's at 1:30. It's 2:25. I show up 15 minutes early as they asked but they have me wait over an hour. I asked them at the 30 min mark what's going on. They said you are next. Not the case someone else gets pulled up before me. At the 45 mins I ask again that I really don't want to wait around she said I don't want to be here either. After feeling mocked by the employee I continued to wait. 2:25 the knock on the door and the doctor finally comes in. I'm quite frustrated by this. I have been waiting 3 months for this appointment. I don't understand why this is happening at a place that is supposed to help me. This is crazy to me. Why am I getting this type of service from a doctors office. Really avoid this place if you can or might as well show up an hour late to have you appointment. This was written for my mom whom I watched go through this experience. Extremely long wait time. Rude receptionists. Posted they were to open at 8, they didn't open until 9. Claimed they got my authorization for blood work and said they were registering me when I walked in when they finally opened the door at 9. They called me up at 10am and said they never got my authorization so therefore they never registered me. So now I have to wait another hour an a half for a blood draw. Disorganized business and empathy lacking receptionists. read more

i love this place you can walk in to be seen for tb, physoca and drug test. but they are so very slow when it comes to the doctot coming into the room to actuality perform your physical i must have changed into the blue surgical shorts and waited at least 30 minutes before someone came into tre room. By that time I'm hungry and frustrated. this is not a good place to go if you have business to take care of for the day, it's like going into the county emergency room. expect to be there all day. read more

I was skeptical of going here for a drug test because of the reviews; however, my experience was very different from others'. COVID-19 protocols were followed. The receptionists were prompt and organized. Cassandra, who was responsible for directing me through the drug screen was efficient, informative, and professional! I don't go out of my way to write Yelp reviews, unless service was particularly unique, for better or for worse. So this experience had to be exceptionally bad. Started out fine, ended badly. Aketzalli was the rudest MA I have ever worked with. I've done plenty of drug tests, and I myself am a medical lab professional, so I understand the stress and nerves and was willing to give her many passes, but she was incredibly rude on several occasions. She made me enter a restroom with an already-full toilet (tmi: that urine was BROWN and foamy and obviously was a different color than mine), and despite hearing me "go" in my urine cup after initially flushing what wasn't my own urine, she flagged my drug test, and was visibly upset when I asked her why. It's not personal, it's my career ahead of this drug test. She gave extremely unclear instructions and got upset when I didn't understand what she was asking. It's not hard to tell me where to sign, where to put my belongings, and what not to do. She told me I "wasn't following instructions" when there were none given, just lazy and vague indicators on what she wanted. On top of that, her desk space was unorganized and messy. I hope my test isn't mixed up with someone else's. This is not even all of what she did over the course of that 10 min. Overall terrible experience with her (prior to this I thought I had encountered the rudest med professional in my life already, but she set a new record). Front desk staff were courteous and helpful, however. I am sorry to whoever is forced to do their pre employment drug testing through Concentra. read more

Please avoid this place as you can. Worst ever experience. No Acknowledgement of waiting. We are here just for a pre-employment drug screen. Here at 9am till 10:30 was still not called. When come to counter to check, the clerk said would call when the medical assistant became available. I asked if the wait is much longer and should I wait or should I come back. She replied by asking me, "So you wanna wait or you wanna come in another day?" Never seen a service like that and I am a nurse manager at a hospital. I know how a client supposed to be served. Took 3 hrs for vision check, vital signs(bp,temp), physical exam & tb test only! Staff are nice though and apologizes for the long wait!!!!

Was told by my dr to come back in 3 days to have stitches removed and had to wait 2.5 hours

If you have other options, make sure you don't go here! Here are the reasons I don't recommend it: 1. Wait Time - even with an appointment, you will wait an average of 1-2.5 hours 2. Responsiveness - they hardly answer their phones and if you leave them a voicemail, they NEVER return calls. One staff told me it is because se their system has been broken since last year 3. Efficiency - the right hand doesn't know what tthe left hand is doing....almost always. 4. Friendliness - only a few staff are happy to be there, in my opinion. Just Alvin, Cassandra and maybe Andrea/Diana? 5. You will stand by the counter and maybe 3 people behind it would be talking about movies or other stuff and look busy but no one would look aNd ask if you need help until you act or sound angry I go here to accompany patients at least 2-3 times a week and I feel bad for them. Zero out of the 12 I've brought here are happy to be seen here. Too bad they ended up here by default. read more

This place is terrible. First of all, just like many others I came here to do a drug test for my employer and this was the nearest location to me. I knew nothing about this place before having picked it, as it was one of the few choices that was listed to pick from. The girl who I spoke to wasn't very enthusiastic about her job and wasn't very helpful either. The wait here is ridiculous even when I went in with no more than 3 people ahead of me. The worst part is that I took my drug test and found a week later that something had happened and it was cancelled, I am guessing due to some issues like they lost/damaged the drug test. I then had to re-do the drug test which delayed the hiring process. Thankfully I did the drug test at another location. Honestly, I wish I had trusted the bad reviews before having decided to give it a chance but a lesson well Learned. Anyone reading any of these reviews has the opportunity to save themselves time and energy but avoiding this place. There are many other locations and even if it costs driving a few more minutes away is THE BEST CHOICE. read more
