Ugh! I hate this place! Most ppl that come here have no choice though.. the wait time is horrendous! It's terrible even with an appointment! I see Dr. M, but I can't say for sure that I'm getting the best care or if I trust his diagnosis with confidence. I've witness a Medical Assistant tell him what to do and tell him, "oh you better say PLEASE if you want me to print that out for you!" She was totally sassy with him. This place was great, sure it took a while to get in but my review is on the people who helped me not something that's outta their control. Walk in The receptionist Lyn was the best medical receptionist I've ever seen. She was working hard and running back and fourth as they might have been short staffed, but that didn't stop her from helping or welcoming people in with a smile. Even with her being busy she still helped me with my form and made sure everything was good and all with a happy attitude. Physical The nurse Mia, that brought me in for my physical was just plain awesome. Supper charismatic and funny, I would have never thought Id have such a great time getting my height and eyesight taken but I did and in a timely manner. She was smiling from the start and just being great asking questions and even wanting to know a little about you, not brushing you off and speeding threw so she can go on to the next. Overall great visit because of both Lyn and Mia. They should be gold standards in their positions and deserved to be recognized for their awesome work ethic's and personality's. If there were more people like them then a medical visit wouldn't be so dreadful, only thing worse then doctors visits is the dmv visits. I normally don't write reviews for medical offices because I understand how busy and high demand medical care is but this is by far the worst urgent care clinic I've ever experienced. From the front staff to the assistants to the doctors, horrible service & unprofessional. Maya needs to better training & learn to how to talk to patients. Her unprofessionalism is on another level, she rolled her eyes so hard at me I thought her eyeballs were going to get stuck in the back of her head. Dr Marlowe M.. All I'm going to say is he needs to be revised by the boards. He has misdiagnosed me on multiple occasions, made very inappropriate jokes about the injury as well. If I could give zero stars, I would. Back in 2020 I broke a bone in my foot at work and was seen by the unpleasant and unconfident, Dr.Marlowe Magallanes. Dr.Magallanes sent me back to work with a BROKEN BONE. Two days later I was seen by a Concentra Podiatry Specialist and he questioned Dr.Magallanes's medical decision, and wrote me off for six plus weeks. Now to this year. I have been having dull/annoying pain in my right foot where the break occurred. I was advised by the claims examiner to get seen by Concentra again. Well, unfortunately I was seen by Dr.Magallanes and he sent me on my way, again. I provided the MRI report that had my diagnosis and he had to rely on Dr.Google to properly diagnose me. He pulled out his phone to check google. Maybe he should refresh on how to properly diagnose patients. I overheard him outside of the hall "what am I supposed to do with this?" Hopefully his malpractice insurance is up too date. To wrap things up, he stated "this wouldn't have happened if you weren't fat." (yes i'm overweight). And to get more supportive shoes. Lastly, I called Concentra to file a complaint. A Dr.Ramesh who is supposedly the "Bay Area Medical Director for Concentra" called me that day to go over what had happened. All she said is that she would go over the "standards and training" with Dr.Magallanes and sent me on my way. FYI: Be as transparent as you can with your employer and claims examiner as they will note the consistency with the poor reviews from the doctors. This place so unprofessional from the doctors to the reception staff is a wonder how they still can be in business. I kid you not, the staff here is like what a movie would have for an example of what not to do or barely legal. My work uses this place and I'm wondering why. One of the worst run facilities I've ever been in. Top to bottom just an absolute terrible time. Don't bother to call, will just frustrate you. I dread going in at this point. Had an appointment take 20 minutes in and out, somehow waited almost an hour to receive my paperwork after I met with the doctor. Every visit you can count on it being an hour plus. 2 hour wait is apparently the "norm" here. I guess I am used to more efficient businesses. When I show up early for an appointment, I don't expect to be seen 2 hours later. I also don't expect to finally be escorted to the back patient room and have to wait 40 minutes in a robe for a doctor. Dr. Leuong (that might be mispelled) was very sweet and caring. As a doctor, she seems to know her stuff and has great communication with the patient. I get that the front staff don't have complete control over what happens in the back but it took a long time for them to register me. After I had filled out papers, 45 min later they called me up to fill out another 3 forms for health history. I went in for a simple pre-check up for a job. I think they must over book the appointments if people are having to wait 2 hours even when they have an appointment and show up early for that appt time. They shouldn't expect people to wait that long when they schedule an actual appt. I would recommend booking less people if that is the case and have walk ins welcome, that way people who want to sit and wait can. I've never once in my life waited that long to see a doctor (I guess Kaiser & other places I've gone to just do things better). 5 stars for the Doctor 1 star for the wait & front desk having no idea how long things will take. They should tell you when you book that it may be 2-3 hours to be seen. I had plans at 4 that had to be pushed back until 5 because my 2:30 appointment wasn't really a 2:30 appt... read more

This is the worst urgent care ., I waited more than three hours for the physical and the staff in the front are really bad. They are all so grumpy young ladies. They need to be more approachable. They have to learn how to smile and be professional. The Hispanic lady feels like she's the boss there in the way she acts, so rude and bossy. The rest are very timid and grumpy. It looks like they're not happy with her job. This place needs a major training in terms of customer service. The only one that will give a positive review in this yelp is the staff. Over two hours waiting for a tb test. I was sent here by my employer. I did a tb test at a different location and it was quick.

I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care during my recent visit. I came in because I has Acid Reflux and my mouth has many ulcers. However, the doctor I saw did not seem knowledgeable at all about my symptoms. When I described what I was feeling, he said he did not know what was causing it and would "look up information." That did not give me much confidence! The doctor was clearly uninformed about my medical issue. After stepping out of the room for 10 minutes, supposedly to research my symptoms, he came back with an incorrect diagnosis he said " I think it normal , and will go a few day .( I has that symptom 3 weeks ago and now it has not gone ). He misidentified what was likely causing my issues. It was evident that he lacked the medical expertise to properly diagnose and treat patients. I would not recommend going to this urgent care facility. The doctors do not seem to have adequate knowledge about medical conditions that should fall well within the range of expertise for an urgent care doctor. You are better off going to a different urgent care clinic or, if the issue is serious, the emergency room at the local hospital. At those facilities, I hope you would find a more competent doctor to correctly diagnose and treat your health conditions during a stressful time of need. I know my experience here did not provide me with competent medical care. read more

One star is too generous! Avoid this place at all costs! I was sent here due to a worker's compensation claim for carpal tunnel syndrome. I was eventually seen by Ashima Gore. She is the most arrogant, condescending health care "professional" I have ever encountered. She ran a few tests which consisted of bending my wrist in a few directions and having me grip her fingers, etc. She then proceeds to tell me I don't have carpal tunnel syndrome and even if I did, worker's compensation doesn't cover it. She proceeds to prescribe physical therapy, gives me a wrist brace and orders an EMG (nerve test). I reluctantly went to PT and what they had me do made my symptoms worse. When I told the physical therapist this, she gave me different exercises. Logic tells you that when you injure something, you rest it and if exercising it makes it worse, you stop! The holidays were approaching and I didn't have any appointments for about a week. During that time, I did no exercises at home. The wrist started improving, but Concentra PT didn't want to hear it. Soon after, I had my EMG nerve test. The diagnosis? Carpal tunnel syndrome! The first week of January 2022, I had a follow up appointment, but they didn't have my test results, so it was a waste of time. I called to make sure they got it before my next appointment and then after I was kept waiting almost 90 minutes (this is with an appointment, which means nothing to these people) Ashima Gore told me what I already knew. She told me she can't treat me because worker's compensation doesn't cover it. She was discharging me to my own doctor. She then ended our interaction by saying "It was nice treating you." Huh? She did nothing for me except waste my time. BTW, I have subsequently spoken with an attorney who specializes in worker's compensation and carpal tunnel syndrome IS covered! This place is just milking the worker's compensation system for whatever money it can get without helping people. read more

He accused her of being there for Vallum and other drugs and said her PTSD was made up and her nightmares and anxiety should happen every day in order for her to really experience. I've been waiting in the lobby 2 hours for a TB test. This is complete BS. I walked up to the front desk to ask them why it takes so long, they told me that they take the most urgent patients 1st. I was sent to this clinic to do a drug screen for a new employer, a month later and I didn't hear from the employer. I contacted my employer and it turns out they never contacted me because in the system it stated I never took the test. I contacted the clinic and they said it had not been processed by their drug screener. They called me back that same day and said the system had been updated but I find it hard to believe or even trust that they really took care of it, I asked if I could get my results emailed since it had taken so long but said they couldn't disclose this information. Not sure what's going on but they really put me in a bad situation. Update: I was emailed about by OHS which is their third party drug screener and had to go retest due to an unexpected issue. When I went the test was different from the first one. Turns out the nurse I had that day did the wrong test which is why it never processed and got sent to my employer. read more

Normally I wouldn't mind waiting at the doctor for an hour . But I got here 10min before my appointment which was at 8AM . I didn't get seen until 9:35am I got seen by the doctor for 10min max . Was put into another waiting area for 35min to wait for a brace when the doctor said it would be no longer than 10min . It was ridiculous. I don't think the physical therapist even knew what he was doing. Came to the wrong patient when bring out a ice pack. Gave me exercises that you won't do with back pain. They take super long, I've been here for about 3 times (bc of my job) and the service has not changed whatsoever. I tried calling them to check in and ask if the person who does the xrays is there (sometimes they're not there) they didn't answer all the calls I made. I've had to use concentra in multiple different locations for work. This was by far my worst experience. They need to get a system in place, cause their current one is EMBARRASSING! I waited in the lobby for 3 hours to get blood drawn, a drug test, fit test and a physical for a new job. I was taken back and sat in a new room for another hour then they did my physical then I sat and waited ANOTHER hour for fit testing. The kicker is that while I'm waiting I get a call... from CONCENTRA... telling me they forgot some of my lab work and I needed to come back... I literally laughed at them and said.. I'm in your office waiting in a room , is this a joke??? They not only forgot about me, but had already drew my blood and forgot to do one of the vials for a specific titer.. so guess what?! They had to re stick me and draw more blood... meanwhile I'm still waiting on a fit test. And no apologies for being careless and having lack of communication. GOOD LUCK to anyone who is forced to go to this god forsaken place. It should be illegal to make people wait this long for care. Why are we PAYING to wait like this. Other countries have free healthcare and wait for a few hours... we are paying and wait for 5! Not even emergent care! And guess what ... Same as every other review here, extremely long wait times, completely apathetic staff, and their diagnoses seem hastily made up on the spot with just a brief description of what you are suffering and possibly a range of motion test before sending you packing with whatever pain killers they can prescribe you. I suffer from a multi-level spinal injury, and was told with no real examination that it was a muscle strain, given a ridiculous amount of pain killers via a prescription, asked if I wanted a cortisone shot to mask the pain, and sent back to work. When I pressed the matter I was informed that I have to see a specialist who only shows up once a week, and was booked out 3 weeks, and that nobody else would see me. It's absolutely ridiculous that this company is allowed to continue on playing doctor. The lack of concern and incompetence is dangerous and disgusting. read more
