I had such a bad experience. I had to wait 5 hours for my medical examination and drug screening. They do not do appointments. Customer service up front was not great. The doctor was very nice, but she needed help. She was the only one! Back staff was nice also. They need a better system! I would never return! If I could give two separate reviews for medical staff and from desk I would. Medical care was TOP NOTCH! I was treated very professionally and care was quick and accurate. Had three appointments and would give all doctors, nurses and assistants 5 stars for each visit. HIGHLY recommend them.... But... front desk was lacking. First two visits I waited for over an hour from the time I was done with the medical staff to when I received my discharge papers. Signing in was just as long and I was called up several times to answer the same questions and the whole process seemed very dis organized. The third visit signing in was quick and as far as discharge, I just left when I finished with the dr and called the next day for them to email me my work status papers because it was less of a wait then taking them from the front desk after the appointment. I can't believe this place. I have wrist injury related to tendinitis and when I called to schedule an appointment, I was told that they take walk-ins. I stopped by twice and it's always a 2 hour wait. I asked for an appointment and they said they are 2 weeks out but went ahead and scheduled it. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and i am still waiting to be called for 2 hours. I will report my experience to my employer and I hope that my employer listens so they can find another place to deal with. read more

I am on day two of trying to be seen! I was told the wait was 3 hours. Three hours later I get a call to verify and told that I won't be seen today but to come back tomorrow. I was here 45 minutes before they opened. The third person in the door only to sit here for another 21 minutes before they even called one person in. I had to use the restroom and while I went back, employees were sitting around eating. The Dr was rudely snapping at clients about closing the front door because she has bugs in her office. On my way back to the lobby, she was on her phone. I have never seen anything like it! I literally was with her for 5 minutes before she even asked me why I was there. She spent that 5 minutes telling me how she was over worked, hadn't taken a break or lunch for over a year and how two other companies in the area that do what they do have closed and now they take all those patients. read more

Today I took my 90 year old friend to the Rocklin, ca location for a digestion issue. We had searched on line for urgent care near me and this location showed up. We arrive and there are people standing in what turned out to be the waiting line. No greeting or directions were given and so we stood there for over 30 minutes watching the staff walk around a lot but only check in one person. Finally we get up to the counter only to be told they only take workman's compensation patients. There are no signs in or on the building that states they only take workman comp, and there is a big sign on the front saying walk in's are ok. There also was no notice of that policy on the web site. I'm now very glad we didn't get in because I'll bet their care is about as poor as their organization. I have been to this location twice for an employment drug test. Service is S L O W! And I mean slow. They do NOT answer their phones EVER! Don't plan on making an appointment. Upon arrival, (both times) I was told that it was a 4 hour wait, and there were only a 'few' people ahead of me. As it turned out, it was closer to a 6 hour wait. I drove 45 min to get there and then have to wait in my car? This place should close their doors if they can't service people in a timely fashion. Concentra deserves a zero. My girlfriend suffered from an injury on her job. The first time the wait was four hours. On her second scheduled "appointment " 2 1/4 hours. The appointment was to include x ray but the doctor did not create an order for the appointment. Individuals needed to be respected, their time is valuable. How difficult is it to add messaging software to provide updates on appointment schedule. Her day off was sabotaged by Concentra's under capitalization and wanton exploitation of patients referred by employers. The CA medical board should penalize Concentra for their punitive business practices. read more

Worst urgent care I've been to line out the door can't wait inside obvious they need more staff waited in line over and hr and once got to receptionist was told it would be 3-4 hr wait to be seen. To Concentra Management HIRE more STAFF the wait time at your Rocklin location is dreadful if you only have one provider maybe don't take contracts for employment physicals. A total disaster! I went in for a full physical and TB test. THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The staff could care less and spent most of their time talking about a "cute instagram" model giving zero attention to the line of people waiting for 4-5hrs to see one doctor! AVOID THIS PLACE unless you have no choice! The Medical Assistants act like they are better than the patients and I don't care for the doctor and her condescending attitude. Overall, if you want to be treated like a pet instead of a human than go to this place! THERE's always a 4 to 5hrs waiting period from the time you register to seeing the doctor. You can schedule an appointment online but even that they don't follow! The ABSOLUTE WORST and I got a false reading and had to get a second opinion which trumps what the doctor here "determined"... Front desk lady with black hair in ponytail is the most rude person I've had to encounter in a while. She's a mood killer forsure and treats every patient like they are stupid. I came in for my TB reading @8 am because the MA told me to come at that time and the miserable sack at the front desk told me I was wrong and to come back the next day when it's already been 2 days. The next day would have been out of my time slot for the reading. She tried to argue with me about it and her tone was appalling. She's 100% in the wrong field with that attitude. They were not taking anymore physicals for the day so I asked if I could schedule an appt. No appointments for physicals.... she says best thing is to come another day in the morning. Today I got here at 8am when they opened and there was a line of about 8 people infront of me. When I finally got into the lobby and they were on the 6th person infront of me, they were telling people it would be a 5 hour plus wait for a physical. How can that be when you've only checked in 6 people and you just opened? So it is currently 1pm and I have not been called in. 4 hours wait since checked in 5 hours since I got in line. I cane here today for a work physical this is a first come first serve basis I only had to wait for 1 hour this is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere very clean waiting area the girl working the front desk was very friendly and very helpful the med tech working was okay she could have been friendlier in my opinion I has my eye exam and my tb test and my drug test done I didn't have to wait very long for the doctor she was very friendly and very knowledgeable definitely a very comfortable visit the guy that did the weights was very friendly and very helpful he had a smile this is definitely a very comfortable establishment very nice atmosphere I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking any medical attention this is a very great place very clean I will definitely be coming back here again for more great visits thank you for all the great help and more great experiences to come thanks again I appreciate all of the great help and making my visit so great I appetite read more

When I initially came the lady who helped me the first time, Lisa, was very rude and short with me. She flat out told me that I couldn't be seen today and it would be a 6 hour wait and to go to their other locations. So I left feeling bewildered about how I was just treated. I came back the next day but first thing in the morning and it was still a 6 hour wait! People with appointments were either still waiting or going before other people. Patients were getting upset and leaving. I would never, ever go here for care if I knew all this beforehand. They need to get their act together if they want better reviews. First off, I downloaded this app just to complain about this place. God awful it is terrible so not come here. I got here an hour before they opened at 7. I was second in line when they opened at 8 i figured it should go somewhat fast but my hopes were not too high. Not sure why negative reviews? I had a great experience today. Although I only came in for a Pre-Employment Drig Test for my new Job. The two girls at the front counter we're both professional, efficient, and did a great job. I dealt with Melissa in the back. I'm assuming she's probably a nursing assistant, or an LVN. But she did a great job. She was instructed, told me exactly what to do and even repeated some of it twice as I told her I have never had one. As I have been clean and sober for a long time so most employers don't even bother to drug test me. Anyway, the location was clean, ample parking, and I only waited about 38 minutes.
