Do not recommend coming here. I had to go for health screening that was requested through the employer. Called a day before no answer. Next day- went to the clinic at 9AM. Doctor didn't see me until 11AM. If you really have to visit this clinic be prepared to spend 2-4 hours here. It's a waste of time for everyone. Quality of care is not the best. No-one cares how long your waiting. No sense of urgency. Employers should stop using this company. read more

WAITING FOR GOING ON 4.5 hours .I will not be back Such crap.......doctor said that is standard wait time around here. read more

Came here for my DOT physical and the experience was amazing and quick - Great customer service , loved the free snacks!

The worst experience I've had ANYWHERE. I had to come here 2 days in a row because they are so backlogged. Mind you, this is a requirement to be a Hospice VOLUNTEER. Not even for a new job or injury. Plan on wasting an entire day here. read more

Over 5 hours wait. AVOID THIS PLACE! Concentra clinics in Sacramento are faster than this one. This is not my first time here. Unfortunately this location is 5 mins from home. But at this point is better to commute to Sacramento. read more

Worst place to go even with an "appointment", it's more of a suggested time frame I arrived for my appointment at10am and didn't even get called until 3pm and then had to wait in the back for another hr and a half to see that doctor. read more

Staff sounds like they having a party while they leave patients in the room for 2hours without saying anything like we are running behind or we are short staffed or maybe ask if I'd like to reschedule my 1pm appointment for another day. It's now 245 and I've been here since 1230 with an appointment at 1pm this is disgusting! read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. I waited for 3+ hours in the waiting room because they failed to register me properly and didn't check their emails for the info I sent over for authorization after they asked me to! They didn't care at all and took 0 accountability for their screw up. This is probably the worst urgent care I've ever been to and the ladies at the front are rude and don't do their job properly. Do better!! read more

This place deserves 0 stars. The thermostat is set to 76 degrees; it's cooler outside and they don't know how to prioritize and the staff has absolutely no sense of urgency. All of these clinics are the same- they have the absolute worst service. Additionally, they say they are understaffed but they couldn't have more people working- they have 4-5 people in the front and they are having people wait all together, when those needing drug screens don't need to see a provider. read more

This place is horrible not only the wait time. But the doctor was very unprofessional and does not have the patient's best interest at heart. Here with back pain from a work related injury and Worker's Comp. sent me here with the sprain lower back. The doctor says that I'm good to go back to work for a full eight hours. Dr. Patnaik Obviously does not take patients health and safety as priority. I will never return back to this urgent care again, and I have made a complaint to the medical board as well his unprofessional conduct. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. If you go here I would expect minimum of a 2 hour wait. However they will tell you 1 hour. Their communication is horrible. Being in the medical field I know their are other locations with a smoother service. I would stay clear of this place! read more

Awful, this is the 3rd concentra I've been to today for a simple pre-employment drug test. No appointments and someone came in after me also for a pre-employment drug test and somehow was taken back before me. This is ridiculous. I've never had a good experience at concentra. read more

I am going to have to agree with many on here came on 7/5/23 to get blood drawn and there were a lot of people but I literally got here at 8:20am and it's 9:40am and till waiting so by the time I get out of here it will be close to two hours. read more

I was a little worried about coming here after reading the reviews. I did get turned away twice because there was a lot of people ahead of me. But today when I came in they told me there would be a two hour wait but it was only one hour. The staff is very sweet and professional. I feel like they're all working very hard and sometimes can be understaffed. I'm very happy with how quickly my appointment was taken and that I got my drug screening and TB test completed. I was willing to wait 2 to 3 hours but like I said it was only one hour. read more

Had a great experience. Was the first one in line and got my pre employment screening that included blood work, physical, mask fit test, and drug test done. Everyone was incredibly nice. Better than all the Concentras I've been to. read more

The wait time here is absolutely ridiculous. They only do walk ins. The first day I showed up at ten am after driving one hour to get here and they said they were not taking anymore walk ins. Today i arrived at 8:00 am it is now 12:30 and I am still waiting to be seen. read more

What a horrible place to get for a occupational health exam. I arrived 07:30 am and I was told 10:15 will be seen. Since 07:30 until 1200 I wasn't seen by a doc. I ask to the front desk I I'll get lunch and they will call me when they're ready. After about 20 min I receive they're call and told them I'll get there within 10min. Now I arrived less than 10 min and they give my space to someone else and now I'll have to wait again and the front desk is not giving me a time when they are ready to see me. I spoke to the manager in charge. And omg what a jerk. I told him my frustration and all he tells me that he is happy to show me other concentra clinics that I can go to. If there's below zero I would rate this place negative 10. read more

Concentra - Urgent Care Near Me - Rocklin, California

The absolute worst place. Terrible and slow. Employees don't give a crap about anything. They are rude and dismissive. Super lazy and no one answers the phone. Ever. Steer clear if possible. read more

I'm a little sad that my company decided to contract with this place for workers comp coverage. They are understaffed, underfunded and because of that, they are not able to pick up their phones. I also had to wait 1.5 hours after my appt time to be seen. They either need to open up more locations or expand their current ones. Because there's always at least 10-15 ppl in a small enclosed 22 x 10 foot space, which is definitely not COVID friendly. Maybe healthcare in workers comp / L&I is lacking all around or maybe my company is too cheap to contract with better services. read more

I went to this urgent care for work related injury and I'm glad I did. They took good care of me. Doctor and medical staff are on it. Very kind, caring and really helped me feel better about being there. The wait times can be long, but they are a busy place and do great work. Worth the wait in my book. If the place is busy and people keep coming you know it's good. Thanks again for the dedicated work you provide to us patients. read more

If I could place a no star that's what I would place. This place is unprofessional and I would not come back. Prepare to wait at least 2 hours if your getting things done. Even a simple Urine drug screen. read more

This place is terrible. I went here two times and they told me I had to wait two-three hours both times! Terrible place. The worst ever. If there was an option for negative stars then I would use it. read more

I was a walk-in patient looking for an employment physical, and despite being extremely busy and understaffed, everyone was kind and helpful. They fill so many important medical needs and they should be recognized for that. They just need a few more staff members. Be patient and kind and you will get great service. read more

The absolute worst! I have been trying to get through to them on the phone for 4 weeks now, left numerous voicemails (because they never answer the phone) and haven't received a single callback. My workers comp case manager can't get them to call her back either! I know they don't require appointments, but when you have to see a specialist who only goes there on certain days, you do. I've even explained this on my voicemails but still nothing. If you absolutely have to go there, be prepared for hours of waiting. If you do manage to get an appointment, show up early and understand that you're still going to wait for a good hour or more past your appointment time. I wouldn't recommend going to this place to your worst enemy! If you have an option to go anywhere else, I'd say you're better off! read more

The worst experience I ever had ANYWHERE in my life. Sent here for a non DOT physical and literally waited for 6 hours for something that literally took 15 minutes or less... I will say that the staff was extremely friendly and nice. Especially Denise. But I suggest venturing farrrr away from this place at all cost. read more

Not the peoples fault that work there at all. They are super nice and are working as hard as they can. They are just overwhelmed. But it's always a several hour wait. That's my only complaint. I feel bad for them. read more

The only reason I give this place even one star is that the staff is friendly and does the best they can with a company that clearly couldn't care less about their customers. I have been to this location four times now due to an injury. Concerta is the company that has a contract with our huge chain to see employees with injuries received while at work. That means they choose the lowest bidder which in term means Concerta's sole interest is keeping their payees happy while reducing their own costs to make up for their probably unrealistic bid. Each of my visits was via appointment. The shortest wait was 90 minutes, the longest was 3 hours. Yes, 3 hours. Basically I spent a large portion of my day off waiting to be seen even though the appointment was made a week in advance. To add insult to injury, no pun intended, the last time I was placed in a private waiting room fully expecting to be finally seen and sat there for close to an hour. As I said at the beginning, all of the staff were considerate and apologetic for the long waits but that does not excuse the fact that this company, or at least this location, shows zero interest in providing the necessary staffing to take care of their patients. I am forced to use them by where I work. Otherwise I would rather do a Google search on what treatment I might need and attempt to do things myself. It certainly beats being treated like something of no value whatsoever. Want to see a perfect example of how American businesses have lost sight of taking care of the people who ultimately pay their bills whether it be directly or indirectly? This is that place. read more

My Spanish speaking dad has had a few doctor visits here and has said that MA's are too stuck up to translate for him. I came to an appointment with him to AVOID him being confused by the language barrier I stated I was his daughter, and there refused to let me in with him. It's very disappointing and frustrating. You'd assume working in the medical field and being bilingual you'd be more open to helping everyone. But no not here!! read more

by far the most unprofessional medical experience I've ever had, expect to make a day out of coming here if your sent by an employer theres no way to make an appointment and the people over the phone are absolutely no help And when they tell you to show up at seven it's bs because they don't open till 8-9 and they expect you to join a line out front and wait for them to open, extremely irritating and inconvenient. read more

Had an appointment at 1040, it's now 1120 and I still haven't been seen. The younger girl with the blonde hair and black underneath is the most dismissive and rude person I have ever encountered. She works with the general public and complains about it, and then behaves like that and wonders why her job is so difficult. Don't schedule appointments if you can't keep them OR give the patient a heads up that they will be waiting for over an hour. read more

Providers don't listen. Cut you off while you're trying to tell them what's wrong. Probably judging you so they don't want to listen to your bullshit. Terrible doctors/PA's here. Guaranteed i will be more fucked up after their "care." Most likely will go back to pcp and not deal with this work comp provider bullshit. They don't care about getting you better. If you get better, that means less visits for them.. less money for them. The longer you are injured.. the more money they make. read more

You should not go there. Extremely slow. They are wasting your time far too much. There is no system and no management and staff are talking talking even the they saw having a patient long lane . They are rude read more

I will break it down for people who go here or any urgent care. Remember you are not the only person there. So expect wait time. Just like emergency room people wait 4+ hours and no complain. This is not urgent cares fault employers already know the wait time. Maybe if we are all calm and deal with it flow will go well. I have went to many urgent care same situation. Unless you have an appointment. Hiring more doctors won't change the flow much it's an urgent care not an emergency room. Be nice and care will be good. Treat others how you want to be treated. People shouldn't yell at employees especially they are doing the best they can. Put urself in their shoes and get yelled at and see how ya'll day goes. Well that's what they deal with. I don't work here just another patient. But I work in same environment just to help other patients. read more

I was told to get here before they opened, which I did..Still 10 people ahead of me. They have ONE doctor. For some reason, everyone gets sent here for employee physicals. I asked if I could give my urine sample before going back for the physical part. Nope. Currently standing in the waiting room, hoping not to pee my pants read more

Worst place ever. Doctor and receptionist are very rude. Waited 2 and half hours for nothing. Ordered unnecessary X Ray's for a shoulder a clearly said muscle felt torn..gonna make my company knows that this place is a shame. I mean why make a appointment week in advance and not see your patients until 2 hours later. read more

I would highly recommend asking your employer for either another clinic or something along those lines. The staff here are quite disorganized and passive. I was told wait time for my screening would be around an hour and a half but ended up waiting closer to 2 and a half hours. The staff are all confused and mix up paperwork. Would not trust this place for any health related inquiries. read more

This place is a nightmare!! If you can avoid it, go somewhere else! They make you wait hours and have a very disorganized system! I am here because they sent me from workers comp but they can't never find me In their system even thought I've been here several times. If you want to spend half your day just waiting, this is the place! read more

As much as possible if you can avoid being seen at this place then do it. There service is crappy the wait times are long and it doesn't matter if you have a appointment scheduled you will still end up waiting for more than 3 hours! read more

I had to call corporate. Not answering the phone turned me away for a drug test. So unprofessional.

Do not like this facility. The wait is ridiculous. After 2 visits I'd say the normal wait you can expect 2-3 hours. Didn't seem to make any difference with an appointment at my 2nd visit. Forget trying to call them, I tried numerous times different times & days no one picked up. a Dr Heike, he's ok but nice enough guy, just probably to overwhelmed to do a through exam at least in my case. Just don't expect much. The office girls seem overwhelmed. I witnessed him being a bit snippy to his office staff about something he wanted done a different way. But I could easily hear everything he was saying to them. They are super busy & that might explain the wait. There must be a better way! Perhaps don't over book. My 2nd time to this location I left. Yep I walked out after waiting 3 hours in the waiting room, hadn't even been put in an exam room yet. My only advice is get there when they open not at 10:00 am like me, the place was standing room only by 10:00 both times I was there. read more
