Given the amount of pain I was in, navigating this digital process was highly uncomfortable. I politely asked the receptionist if she could simply take my physical cards to process my information, but she refused, stating that all patients are required to register through the link. It is incredibly frustrating that a healthcare facility designed to treat sick and injured individuals relies on such a rigid, cumbersome intake process without offering basic accommodations for patients in distress. Due to the lack of empathy and unhelpful administrative hurdles, I ultimately left without receiving care.

They don't care, they don't listen, and they are rude, as if they don't even want you to be there. Went there for my annual test which is supposed to be covered by the insurance, but got a bill from…read morethe hospital saying that insurance don't cover it. So I contacted the insurance and found out that the coding of the bill was wrong so they need the hospital to adjust it in order for them to pay the bill. The hospital billing department then told me to contact the doctor, but the doctor said I need to contact the lab, which I did. I thought finally it will be taken care of but two months later I got another call from the hospital again asking me to pay. And they said the lab has nothing to do with it. So after almost half a year of me calling everybody, no one seems to willing to send a new bill to the insurance! Now that I found out that there is a collection on my credit report! But I never got any collection in the mail or any calls!!!! Very disappointed and upset!!!

This center needs a better phone system and a better scheduling center. Out of 5 stars I give Helen Graham Cancer Center's phone system AND scheduling system a NEGATIVE 5 stars.
