I found Apollo Walk-In Clinic on Google and called them to see their wait time. The friendly receptionist answered the phone and said there was no wait time. So I promptly drove over and started my initial paperwork. I was seen shortly by the nurse practitioner. She said was so helpful and thorough. She was a breath of fresh air! Not your average experience at a walk in (at least in my experience). I was given great care this evening. I will definitely recommend & be back!

Went there for my annual test which is supposed to be covered by the insurance, but got a bill from…read morethe hospital saying that insurance don't cover it. So I contacted the insurance and found out that the coding of the bill was wrong so they need the hospital to adjust it in order for them to pay the bill. The hospital billing department then told me to contact the doctor, but the doctor said I need to contact the lab, which I did. I thought finally it will be taken care of but two months later I got another call from the hospital again asking me to pay. And they said the lab has nothing to do with it. So after almost half a year of me calling everybody, no one seems to willing to send a new bill to the insurance! Now that I found out that there is a collection on my credit report! But I never got any collection in the mail or any calls!!!! Very disappointed and upset!!!

And the reason I called was because someone from that office left me a message that my appointment I have in two days needs to be changed. It's not the first time this has happened, either. This center needs a better phone system and a better scheduling center. Out of 5 stars I give Helen Graham Cancer Center's phone system AND scheduling system a NEGATIVE 5 stars.
