NOW OWNED BY CONCENTRA!!! The overall facility was clean and well kept. TV was on in lobby which is a great distraction from the long wait time. It was a bit of a wait too. However once I got called back, MARTIN was fabulous! Having worked in an urgent care setting myself for over 2 years, I know how crazy paced and difficult it can be. I came in at the end of their day as employer paid service no less (which for them means A LOT of paperwork and charting) and MARTIN was still all smiles. He drew my blood, gave me my vaccination and we laughed the entire time. What a be bright, efficient, and welcoming employee. He is literally the best clinical staff I've had an interaction with. Hands down 10 stars for that guy! read more

All I have to say is... this place is pretty terrible. I arrived at 3:20 pm to receive a company Covid test and was greeted very rudely by the front desk associate named Barbara. She had me fill out paper work in my car and said she would be back to pick it up and have my ID ready. I understand urgent cares are very busy but it was approaching 5 pm and they close then. At 4:46 pm I called them still waiting in my car and Barbara had answered the phone rudely. She came outside to retrieve my paperwork only to chuckle and say... and I quote: "I forgot about you. The doctor has to review your paper work so you'll have to come back tomorrow" and then left. I would think an hour and 40 minutes would be more than enough time to get this done but apparently not. Concentra... do you pay your employees hourly to act inconvenienced by the job they signed up for or what? Thanks for wasting my time. I get customer service and people suck in general but this was next level rude behavior. read more

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. The lady at the front desk, didn't get her name but she's blonde, IS SO RUDE. I've never met someone who works with patients as rude as she is. She told me the copay with my insurance is $100 when on my insurance card it clearly says that $35. I even called my insurance & they said $35, but she kept insisting it that I have to pay $100. I asked her to check online & she refused & told me that they can't go online. Don't waste your money on this clinic, if this place even is a clinic. read more

I wouldnt even give one star but I have to. I've been here three times, not by choice. The first time I waited two and a half hours, the second was three hours and today is two. They also messed up my paperwork so that I had to refill a page out- leading to another person going ahead of me!!? Noone seems know what they are doing here, they have a room full of angry patients- each one saying " how long have you been waiting??" Horrible horrible. Hope I NEVER see this place again. Stay away if you can!!! On top of this, they made at least two huge HIPPA violations when I was there. Very scary stuff people. read more

Worst medical experience I've had to date. Was sent to this place for a workers compensation injury. First thought walking through the door- 'this place looks and smells like a veterinary hospital' After filling out the required paper work given to me at reception, I was told (very rudely) that I had missed a few things. Half the papers were Spanish duplicates and I thought I had completed everything, but after condescendingly telling me otherwise, the receptionist proceeded to berate her colleague for the first of about half a dozen times as I continued to sit there. The wait was long. I don't mind the wait. I do realize that this sort of thing takes a ridiculous amount of time under the best circumstances. But listing to the receptionist continue to berate and ridicule her colleague (in between the most bizarre conversations about the unfortunate life story of the deceased pop star Selina- random. And the easy listening solos of the office staff) my opinion of the general capabilities of this establishment exponentially declined. The shining light in this whole experience was the med tech who admitted me. I wish I had gotten his name, but he was kind and professional and amazing. All I could think is 'what the heck is he doing working in a place like this?' When getting my information the med tech found out I had been to see another doctor for my injury. When asking the receptionist to contact their office for my records, I could hear her in the next room saying that I lied to her when she asked me that question. That made me mad. I yelled back "you ASKED me if I had gone to EMERGENCY for my injury. The answer to THAT is no." She then yelled back very snarkily, that she "must have asked the wrong question." Sufficed to say, I was appalled by her behavior thus far. After being shown to the exam room, I waited. It didn't feel as though I was waiting long because it seems I would be attending the prior two patient's appointments with them. The walls at this clinic must be made of paper. I sat in on two trucker physicals. The first, an elderly gentleman with an improving fungal condition, and the second, a younger guy with a tattoo sleeve of his home town. The loud Doctor (who doesn't know why he's loud because he does not have a hearing impairment- he said from another room) thought the tattoo was nice, but he did not want to visit the man's home town. After hearing him gripe about his next few appointments (one of them being me) he eventually decided to grace me with his presence. He was abrupt. He trivialized my pain. He made me feel like my questions were stupid. He signed me up for physical therapy, then I was back in the waiting room. In total, he spent about 3 minutes with me. I waited another 45 minutes in the lobby (with the fabulous reception staff) for my paper work. In all I spent over 2 hours waiting, being insulted, then dismissed with a diagnosis completely contradicting my physician's diagnosis. (A physician that after my experience, I trust a whole heck of a lot more than this guy) Upon leaving I went straight to my employer overwhelmed and in tears, wanting nothing more than to decline the workers compensation and never return to that horrible place again. If US Health Works is trying to save money for their clients in workers compensation claims by scaring them away, then bravo. I am terrified of needing your services in the future, and will avoid your clinics at all cost. read more

Didn't even make it through the door!!! I called asking their hours of operation. We were turned away over the phone when my question wasn't answered but I was asked the medical care needed. Was rudely told "we are not open to the public after hours." Never got a chance to say if we were members, "public", insured or not, or when we planned to come in!!! I was cut off too abruptly never receiving an answer to the ONLY question I asked. Per your own website (see below) this is not the excellent service, sign of a knowledgeable staff, or a facility who knows how to be there "for you". If they can't handle a patient properly to get them in the door to get service, I can only imagine how the insurance is handled. From this experience (first impressions are everything!!) What an absolute joke. First off they are not a walk-in. I shot over there after a foot injury and serious pain. Said they could see me however couldnt do anything for the pain. Should mention that the last time i went through this i had to go to the ER and this time just didnt want to pay 1500.00 so thought i would try and save some money by going to a walk-in. Lets just put it this way, after getting a bit irritated and trying to force seeing a doctor i come to find out they only do workers comp which would explain why there office is off the street and tucked in a corner. Its one of those Dr. offices that you get referred to by an attorney... its a straight insurance scam and the staff are a joke. Do yourself a HUGE favor and find another Urgent Care. Just for a phone call you get placed on hold forever, if there is more than one patient waiting the desk gets totally swamped...they must need more staff! Been here for both physical therapy and accpuncture. The staff here are relatively nice but the wait time here can definitely be on the longer end even if you have an appointment. On the brighter side, parking is usually not a problem. If you want to expedite your wait time, make sure to sign in immediately on the right clipboard.- One of them is for accupuncture and the other is for seeing regular doctor. read more

It's a busy place. Waited about 30min for my pre-employment requirements, which is a normal wait time to see a doctor. I had no appointment. 1. Drug Test. 2. TB Test 3. Physical The medical assistant had really good bedside manners. He was aware that I've been waiting awhile. He was kind, through, and had great communication. Even though it was busy, he was relax and efficient. The doctor that saw me today was very caring and personable. Thanks, I had a great experience. I would like this doctor to be my primary care doctor, but I have one already, (but far from where I currently live). A good place for urgent care needs... ;) Btw, I'm an RN... Worst experience I have ever had with a pre-employment screening. First the paperwork I had stated that the clinic requires an appointment. I called and was told that it is walk in only. Once I arrived I filled out the necessary paperwork and began the waiting process. This was approximately 1210 in the afternoon. All I needed to do was the simple drug test with the cup. I am now drafting this review and it has been OVER two hours. It is 1417 by my phone. I have been told that I still have three people ahead of me. The reason, apparently is that there is only one person working because it is lunch time. Yes, it is lunch time, or was about two hours ago. I haven't eaten yet. And I am the "patient." But you don't want to leave. Even with several places to eat on the same street if you leave and your turn comes up, your turn is forfeit. Keep that in mind. "You have been drinking so much water, why don't you go ahead and use the bathroom and by the time your turn is up you should be able to go again." This is what I was just told. Really? What does that mean!? You mean that I am allowed to use the rest room but the act of using the rest room in a provided cup and handing it back requires a three hour wait? I am definitely having a talk with my new employer about this and assisting them in securing a new, professional clinic for their needs. read more

Was sent here to do a series of vaccines. Every single time there's at least one receptionist with a stick up her arse. This is my last vaccine and the lady at the front desk demands (not ask) if I have proof of permission to finish the series. Really? I knew they were rude to begin with so I've prepared myself and already provided all documentation for the previous visits at this exact location. Not sure why she wants to make it difficult for a patient to finish their LAST vaccine. I'd be okay with it if she was following protocol, however I didn't get asked for proof of permission for all previous visits because they had all my information already. Furthermore she had a huge attitude and was extremely disrespectful in both tone and mannerisms. But that's not all. After my vaccination I asked for my paperwork back. Guess what? The workers SHREDDED my papers! The nurse said because they were "old" and todays document is new with records of everything/past visits so they didn't need the paperwork. Who in their right minds SHREDs patients documents especially if they weren't theirs to begin with?? Doesn't matter if they are old- some people want records of each separate transaction! If you can help it, please avoid this location. Everyone is extremely uneducated here. read more

This place gets a bad rap from people who don't get how doctors offices like this work. Make an APPOINTMENT as early as possible and the wait won't be so bad. I've been coming here for 3 weeks now and the longest I've had to wait was 40mins. I had to go to work so I asked if I could come in the next day instead and it was not a problem. Usually if I'm early for my appointment it's maybe a 10min wait. I had to come here for a WC injury like most. As a Massage Therapist fluent in anatomy and treatments for injuries, they are certainly not incompetent as some reviewers have said. And as such I know all about HIPPA regulations-never seen them break any of those. Treatment is scheduled quickly and efficiently and their PTs are extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding at home treatments. As for the front desk staff- if any of you have ever worked phones or front desk anywhere as busy as this you know how stressful it can be. As with ANY busy place with a front desk, be kind and understanding to them and they will be kind to you! They only have one person working the front who can book appointments, which is unfair to him and they should definitely hire more front desk staff. But jeez people cut him some slack! Get his attention when you can see he's not completely swamped and he will be happy to help. In conclusion/tl;dr- -book your appointment early in the morning on a day when you don't have much else going on -don't be rude or impatient to the people just doing their jobs -basically just be a nice person and you will have a nice experience here read more

I am one of those difficult patients - I was 5 minutes late for my appointment, my authorization letter was in an email that I did not print out as directed and it was unclear what Pre employment tests I actually needed. The staff were super helpful and patient. Norma worked with me to get the auth squared away without any backlash. Professional and helpful. When Katharine called me back she worked through what type of testing I needed and we got everything squared away. She gave me a flu shot that was painless and drew blood the same way. Went here for a work injury. The clinical staff was awesome. Josh was great and Dr. Harwer was just so nice. The PT staff, Tricia and Brandon were amazing! They made me feel very comfortable and were very helpful in giving me exercises and tools that I can use on my own. Came here for my pre-employment TB test as a walk-in. The wait times are understandable as they can get pretty busy. The front staff are kind and may seem to rush when assisting clients, but I'm sure it is because they have so many other clients to accommodate. The doctor who took my shot was very kind despite me being scared of the shot. I was being a little difficult since I was scared of needles, but he had assured me that it wouldn't it and it didn't. read more

Very bad experience with this place. Had an injury at work and was sent here, my very bad luck. Doctor misdiagnosed my injury, for three weeks at my weekly appointments, and failed to order tests that would have helped me. Two other doctors got it right, but this doctor didn't pay attention. Misdiagnoses led to delay in proper care, and may make what should be routine treatment and recovery into a much longer, more complicated process, more lost time from work, more pain and possibly even some permanent problems too. I'd avoid this place like the plague, and regret ever coming here, wasting close to a month with no effective treatment at the hands of the doctor here. read more

I have to say, I never write reviews but I wanted to commend the staff at this US healthworks location for their help yesterday. I got out of work early to come and have a drug screening and TB test placed. When I arrived around 4:30, they told me they didn't have the correct form for the drug screening which was supposed to have been sent by my company. They spent over a half hour, until after they had closed figuring out how to get the form so I could have my screening done that day! I was so grateful since I couldn't come any other day this week and needed to have it done by 4/1! Daniel, the tech, was especially helpful. *Edit: I got a call a few days later that there was a problem with the drug screening and I needed to come back to repeat it! Turns out they FORGOT TO PUT MY NAME ON THE SAMPLE! How stupid is that! Knocking off a couple stars for that mistake! And now I've been waiting over an hour- to pee in a cup! read more

Front desk staff is the worst. If the doctor starts at 8:30, why do you start making appointments for them 45 minutes before???? This puts the doctor 45 minutes behind when they START the day!!! Front desk loses things, doesn't contact you about referrals, never calls you back if you leave a message. I don't care how good the doctor is, with a completely incapable front desk staff, it's not worth it!!! I've had to come to this place at least seven times, and it's the same case EVERYTHING time. Do NOT let your doctor or Worker's Comp refer you here! Wish I'd had that advice :( read more

The front desk was the only part of this process that didn't suck the biggest piece of fat horse dung ever. The doctor is rude and cares more about satisfying his workman comp employers than his patients. For an injured hip that had already been X-rayed and recommended an mri, I was given aspirin and anti inflammatory meds and was restricted to the point that I couldn't do my job. I come back in for my follow up and nothing has changed. This place takes forever, even with an appointment and an injury. If you can go anywhere else, I would suggest going anywhere.. The short receptionist with dark hair is so lifeless you almost are tempted to poke her with a stick to make sure she's still breathing. She's also incredibly good at butchering your name when calling you up to the desk. Make a little more effort girl your customers will appreciate it. I had to come here for a work physical by an MD, although I'm not sure what kind of physical she did. She came in shined a light in my mouth, and made me lift my leg? I do way more as a nurse! I then had to wait over 45 min for the lady to come in to do my PAT test which sees if I can lift. Seriously! I guess it's not there fault they have no staff. I wish I could give it no stars. I went twice for a standard (new employer) drug test. The wait was 60 minutes the first time. So I went back later it took 90 minutes. Of course I arrived (uhum) full hydrated and at about an hour, I couldn't hold it any longer, and had to use the facilities. And power down water. Finally I took the test and 2 days later, the results came back as "too diluted", so it needs to be retaken. I don't have hours and hours to donate to this process. The staff at the front desk is friendly, but frazzled. They are totally understaffed. read more

This facility is TERRIBLE!!! I had to go here because of a WC injury. They didn't really help me, I got better care after I demanded proper medications and treatment and found a new doctor that would work with the WC. I wasted 7 months receiving treatment from US Healthworks. I had a terrible injury to my back and was forced to wait in a chair sitting for hours and hours it was excruciating. Crap doctors and crap staff. The women who worked up front were so rude. They seemed to hate their job and would ignore you whenever possible. Arrived this morning at 8:15 (15 minutes after opening) and there were already quite a few people in the lobby waiting. And waiting. And waiting... This place seems to have a problem with its wait times. I came in for the sole purpose of providing a simple urine sample and I had to wait about an hour to do so. I wasn't sure if they had forgotten me or what, so I inquired at the front desk. Nancy was pretty curt and made sure I knew it was an imposition on her time to even ask. Don't expect warm customer service here. The technician, Martin, was, on the other hand, very nice and seemed competent, quick, etc. but clearly stressed for time. He should probably move on to a place with more adequate and friendlier staffing. read more

Every year I have to come hear for my annual work physical. Every year the wait is horrifically long and the staff seem to have no idea what is going on. There is one guy (a nurse or PA) who is always good. But the desk is a complete circus. Administrative nightmares aside, they can never find a vein. Last year they tried both arms, poked me a bunch of times and ended up taking blood from my hand. Both arms and my hand were a bruised mess the next day. Worst clinic I've ever been to. They take forever and make you wait for hours. The people that work here seem to have no sense of urgency or efficiency in what they do. I came to get a TB test and it hurt, which it never has or does in the past. Came to get it checked two days later and I came five minutes to 3apparently too early than I was supposed to and she says she has to wait til after 3. My arm isn't going to change in 5 minutes. Come on. It takes one second to look at my arm and check to see I clearly don't have TB. read more
