    Extremely poor experience and insane wait. Waited for 2hrs not being able to talk to the doctor at all, practitioners don't seem like they care. This facility is open for half days from Monday to Friday, and full day on Saturday, but there is only one doctor on Saturday which resulted in very long wait despite not many people in the waiting room. This is already my 3rd visit to a Concentra office and the efficiency is very low. Avoid concentra if you can.

    I get sent to Do Random Drug Tests Quite Often!!! Concentra normally handles these for my PO normally. They are Courteous and Friendly most of the time !!!! They are very Professional and have Systems in place to collect the Samples. They make you Wash your hands Empty your Pockets And on Occasion watch you fill the Test Container. They divide the Sample up and have you initial the Container before they send them off to the Lab!!! They are a Baller On The Budget Approved Establishment

    I wish no one would have to come here but if they do... hear me out in my thoughts. Every staff here in the front desk are awful. The woman's in blue shirts has no care In the world when they walk in. While I walked, a lady seen me and got Up to walk away and used another computer to work on. (They acting like haters) No immediate attention even while I was the only person in front desk... another staff and dared calls someone else who was sitting down if they needed help.. not even try to say I'm sorry miss let me help the other patient real quick before I help you.... Then the other lady who was walking away to use the other computer that I mentioned came to the computer in front of me.. saw me and noticed me... didn't even try to say anything and just stared at her computer and phone.. so I had to say how do I check in or be seen for my appointment? She says sign in... rolling her eyes as if her day was already ruined by someone else but taking it out on patients. I signed in and told her I'm done... she doesn't respond or say anything ... I'm really Not sure why the ladies here are all rude but if their job sucks that much maybe they should try to find a different one. I would never recommend this place to anyone let alone I myself would ever want to come back here. Ratings from 1 being the lowest The type of care 0-5 -- 1 Care of quality 0-5. -- 1 Office experience0-5- 0 Reasons for my rating they don't care about your overall health and conditions The care of quality they didn't care what pain level you were in neither cared about their image and what demonstrated them as their reflection to others. Their expertise as care providers I'd say needs to have more attention . they were not attentive / had bad manner / not welcoming/ and very uneducated for being care takers. You can literally hear them speaking stupidity of their life stories. Not sure if their customers mattered or their image but truly as I speak this out now... they need better customer service skills and better attitude. Management please retrain your team and have them reevaluate their profession. I'm going to update my opinion of the doctor also... they do not care about you and does not listen either... told me this "don't tell me ... tell the staff that's making your schedule." Wow totally don't care I've wither here almost two hours to be see ! And u tell me not to tell You anything ? These staff has no care in the world!

    This is a review of their urgent care service. I haven't received physical therapy here, so I can't speak to their PT services. I urgently needed to be seen as I suspected I may have had an ear infection, and I didn't want my symptoms to get worse while I was out of town. Breakdown of my visit: ~8:00am Checked in, provided my insurance info, completed paperwork, and paid my copay. ~9:00am The assistant got my vitals, medical history, and a brief reason my for visit. Seen by a nurse practitioner. ~9:30am Discharged Providers: My NP was really pleasant and very thorough which helped calm my worries. While I was waiting in the room, she popped her head in to kindly inform me she was wrapping up with the patient before me. She asked about my medical/surgical history and educated me on how managing my allergies can also affect my ear symptoms. Would not hesitant to visit Concentra again for future urgent care. Both the NP and assistant were very professional. Waiting area: Spacious with many seats available and a water cooler in the corner. Room: Very clean and modern with ample space. Parking: Plenty in a huge lot where the Shalimar and Smart & Final are. Tip: * Tell the front desk whether you're here for urgent care or physical therapy when you arrive. They were confused when I told them I was here for my ear. * The earlier you arrive, the less wait there is. They triage for urgent care, so it may take a while to get to you for minor issues when there's more people and more severe issues in the queue. * They also offer physical therapy and occupational health services.

    This is the third time I came here and the experience is horrible we got here exactly 5 min as they ask us they send another patience and make us Waite another hour the rating talk it self

Bad experience starts from front desk, showing attitudes, followed by "well pretended care" by nurses who actually don't care if you have an appointment and your wait time is 40 minutes. And I can continue going on and on with a serie of unbelievable things like calling us back and leaving us wandering in the hallways for over 5 minutes while everyone ignores us, pass by, and No one even ask if we needed anything or even to tell us to go to the lobby! In the mean time two "doctors" seating down while I listen to their whole conversation that has nothing to do with patients but it seemed more like a chat for a cafeteria. While we, patients at "urgent care-haha" waiting for hours to be seen, ignored, etc etc. what a joke. Worst than social services.

    This place is an absolute joke…read more I stopped by the clinic with potentially fractured wrist. I came in crying from pain and spent over 40 minutes in waiting room. Once I got called in by the nurse, my vitals were taken and then she informed me that they were at the capacity for the day and they were unable to take my x-rays. I literally looked at her and asked why did they admit me in the first place if they could not provide care? She then hesitated and said she could check if they maaaaaaaaaybe can posssssssssibly take me in. Sure, I literally did not have anywhere else to go as I was visiting out of town.. Then 20 mins later she said that radiologist would be able to see me. Ok great thanks. I went in, we took the scans, then I had to wait million years for doctor to call me. Doctor calls me in and says "why did they take scans of your hand if you are suspecting wrist fracture?" REALLY DOCTOR, IDK YOU TELL ME. So she sent me back to retake wrist scan... Oh I was also told if they call me my wrist is fractured and if not, it is not...... but they never said until what time I should expect the call. Extremely disorganized and very awful experience but it only gets worse. Now I received two separate invoices for two separate scans which should've been a one scan to which even doctor admitted. I spent hours dealing with the billing department as it was clinic's mishandling and assigning wrong scans. Surely enough all of my concerns went to a deaf ear and now I am financially liable for something I did not really need. Very scummy place to say the least. So if you have money to spend on unnecessary scans that you do not need, feel free to swing by, otherwise, stay clear from this dumpster fire.

    Just wanted to come and write a review for a Mom's Place - the breastfeeding/newborn support group…read moreled by Jennifer, the lactation consultant. Jennifer is super kind, friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. When I had my newborn, I'd come to her weekly support group to get tips of latching, feeding, and all other baby related questions. You're able to do weighed feeds (weighing baby before and after breastfeeding) to see how much they took in. Jennifer also can help assess latch, and many moms book lactation consultant appointments with her to get 1:1 help. It was also really nice meeting new moms who had babies similar in age to mine. I was able to find my mom group through here, and now we meet up to do walks and park hangs. It's really nice that this group is offered to the community and I've found it extremely valuable for my mental health to be connected through this group. Thank you, Jennifer and PAMF for the mom's place group!

    I am always having problems with Sutter Health. My dad has been with them for more than a decade…read moreand has had multiple issues diagnosed under their care. Why is it that his medical record has not been updated for more than a decade? Even in third world countries, the health care providers are the ones updating the patient records - no one expects the patients to maintain health records. I mean, sure if the patients transfers from another institution, but my dad has been with them for more than 10 years. This is ridiculous. I always have to add that the individual doctors are mostly fine, but the way they organize things is shameful for the Bay Area.

    I called Kaiser seeking urgent care services and was informed that this location had availability…read more When I arrived, however, the urgent care door was locked at 7:30 PM, even though the posted closing time is 8:00 PM. Confused, I asked a pharmacy technician what was going on. I was told, "Oh, you have to knock on the door and someone will open it." There was no signage or indication anywhere that patients needed to knock to be let in. In an urgent care setting, where patients may already be stressed, in pain, or dealing with a time-sensitive issue, expecting people to somehow know to knock on a locked door during normal operating hours is unreasonable. If this is the procedure, clear signage should be posted on the door so patients know what to do. Urgent care should not feel like guessing the rules just to receive medical attention. I hope management addresses this so future patients aren't left confused or turned away during urgent situations.

I correctly pronounced my name several times and the nurse ushered me in anyways. Not once was I asked to confirm my date of birth. They took my blood pressure, temperature, height and weight all assuming I'm another person. It wasn't until I corrected her a 5th time that she said "oh wrong person, go wait outside." I was in shock. Then I get called in by another nurse- so I waited to see if they'd ask for my date of birth. Nothing. I decided I would wait and see if the actual doctor confirmed my DOB. You'll never guess. Nobody asked. My whole appointment consists of 3 interactions where my DOB is not verified, and according to HIPPA, this is a huge offense for California. I do not know who is going to handle this claim, but there needs to be improvement at this location. Confusing me for another patient for fifteen minutes is terrible medical management. I can't believe this is standard over here. Also, the physical exams are bare minimum. Ive seen better, but I've also seen worse. They really gotta get the DOB thing figured out though, and FAST.
