She said she watched a couple of short videos and was cleared to work as a BT. Their scheduler is useless and their main focus is making as much as they can. We had 6-7 BTs in the span of 1-2 years, majority of them were terrible. The only reason we stayed with them is because of Hussein, he was literally the best thing about this place. He was an incredible BT and a great human being.

We stopped speech services as we moved to private in person therapy. I reached out to CSLOT again for OT and fixed a date for OT assessment, got referral from pediatrician, verified insurance. The evening before the assessment, I received a call from the office saying therapist caught COVID and will reach out to reschedule once she gets better. It's been 50 plus days and I'm yet to receive a call. Very unprofessional and wasted our time doing all the work to begin assessment- and not to mention all of these for virtual assessment. Will not use nor recommend them again.

I live in Oakland, CA. I called every single Pediatric OT in Berkeley, Oakland, Walnut Creek, and every other place in ten miles. I was so disappointed in how difficult it was to get help for my child. Ghandi was the only person who had a frank and helpful conversation with me, she was the only provider who mentioned what would be "developmentally appropriate evaluation". She was a breath of fresh air. Immediately after that first conversation, I knew this was a business that I could trust. Logistically, everything was always clear and easy to manage. Secondly, and most importantly, Ms. Gabby, our OT,worked miracles with my son. We were having so many issues at home and school, and now after working with her he's shown so much improvement across multiple developmental domains. It has been such a huge shift for not only him but our whole family. She was incredibly knowledgable, patient, helpful and effective.
