You will need to call and schedule about a month out for a service. Diana was my esthetician and she greeted me warmly. During the service she listened to my skin concerns and formulated a plan of treatment. The service was great and very relaxing. I had a great time and I will definitely be back. The teachers, Harley and Derrika, were also super helpful and very kind. they both took the time to educate me as well as my stylist and gave great tips for hair protection & technique. The only reason that it's four stars is because when I was scheduling, the front desk gave me misinformation on Sean's schedule and it was difficult to rebook with them to get the correct schedule. However, this was over the phone and rebooking in person was much easier. I still highly recommend for people looking for good quality services at a decent price!
