I spoke with one of the gentlemen working that day and explained my situation. He assured me it was something they could fix and that it would only take a day or so. A few days later, I finally remembered to bring the phone with me and dropped it off. Just two days later, the charging port had been replaced, and the phone worked as well as it did when it was new. The repair cost was about $58, which I thought was very reasonable. The team did a great job, and I really appreciate the quick turnaround. This isn't my main phone, but it's nice to have a reliable backup again.

Shoddy work in a secondhand shop, these cheap owners cut every possible corner to put a buck in their own pocket. There is the terrible odor of smoking in the store that permeates the air. They are still in business because of old friends that keep using their poor service. The store front is dated and still shows signage from 2nd-3rd gen Intel Core processors all of the store's stock can be found cheaper elsewhere. There is no reason to give these people your business, find a true professional. read more
