The main guy Julian is very friendly, helpful, thorough and flexible with collection and drop off times. Free diagnostics are a real draw too. Once due to needing to run extensive tests on my macbook they moved the hardrive to another macbook they had at the shop which I was then able to bring home so my working week wasn't interrupted. Just one example of the resourceful hands on touch approach that you wouldn't get in the big vendors in town.
